Nice people and good fresh ingredients but they never seem to get my order right. Something’s always left out. Keep an eye on them while they’re making your salad.

I love love love Chopt, and this location of the mini-chain just happens to be the closest to my apartment. They have creative and filling salads with interesting ingredients that appeal to the unhealthy eater who desperately needs a salad to get back on track after a weekend of indulgent amounts of pizza and wine(not me, of course). This location also has a short line post-work, so it’s a quick in and out. Pro-tip: download the Level-up app, buy 10 salads and get the 11th free.

Delicious better than all the other salad chains. Pricey but worth it.

Paid ten dollars for a salad, in a tiny bowl. For a salad place your job is to stock dressings and greens, when you don’t have one, it kills the point of the other. Kinda tasty, but severely lacking in service and options. Also what’s up with the Caribbean music? In case you haven’t noticed there is a blight of construction everywhere. We are in a horribly depressing city.

I normally come to this location a few days a week. I order a Mexican ceaser salad. This time I go order and want to change something(the cheese and the peppers) the guy puts croutons instead of tortilla chips after catching an attitude for me changing things up in my salad. Then turns to the lady next to him and goes. «If she wanted a different salad why did she order the caesar». Ok dipshit what’s the problem of you can’t handle change why are you working here. I know people have a bad day and talk shit about customers but try. Just try to do it behind there back not in front of thier face.

We order from here about twice a week, at least. Big, delicious, healthy salads. Delivered quick through Seamless. All other salad places I visit pale in comparison.

What a great selection of salads, the food is fresh and the dressings are amazing. I have one huge issue thou, they never get the delivery order right. I order salads at least twice a week cause it is so good, but the screw up the order ever time. Either they forget an ingredient or the dressing is wrong, and at that point in the day it’s to late to complain and order and wait for another salad. Btw it takes about an hour for a lunch order to be delivered

I do have to update my review because after giving this place two stars a manager contacted me and offered a salad on them for me to give it another try. I did, and since then I’ve been back a couple more times. I do enjoy the options and combos. Glad I have it another try!

LOVE this place! Today i watched a customer give soooooo many directions as to how he wanted his salad i thought i was witnessing an episode of «Boiling Point» which is a show about testing peoples patience. LOL They handled it well. I go here all the time and they are always great. Good service, very clean and great food =)

So glad UES has a Chop’t. Easy to pick up on the way home from work, or grab for a quick weekend lunch. I prefer Chop’t over Just Salad! Quality ingredients. Lots of choices. Creative options. I’m boring and usually just make my own — but good options for those adventurous eaters, hah! I really like their homemade dressings. I usually get it to-go, but they have a nice seating area with plenty of seats if you decide to eat it there. I planned to eat there last week, but quickly changed my mind after seeing numerous strollers and screaming toddlers posted up there that day with their mommies. I grabbed my salad as fast as I could and ran for the hills!

BEWARE: There were two(that I saw) dead flies in my salad! In all fairness, I liked the salad until I found the insects– about halfway through eating it– but now I’m completely grossed out. Also– I ordered almonds, which cost 2 dollars and were not included. Maybe they figured that the insect bodies would make up for the lost protein from the left-out almonds?

This location has a big open floor plan. It feels like there are not enough seats. but there are! I usually get the steak salad… delivery takes forever, but they say they are working on it… still, the salads are very good!

There’s a large variety of salads here. So far, I only tried 1(forgot the name of it) but I can definitely see myself returning for more yummy goodness.

WARNING: these people are con artists! I got an email saying I received a $ 5 reward which I could redeem on my app at any Chop’t location. There was no time period or expiration listed. A few days later the credit«mysteriously» disappeared. I was told that sometimes it doesn’t show in the app but it comes through when you pay. Well I paid and it didn’t come through. Don’t believe anything you’re told here!

This Chop’t location is the closest to my apartment and is my favorite. It is very spacious and the people making the salads do not rush like crazy, as they do at some locations. I tend to go with the Mexicali Vegan salad, which always has fresh ingredients. I got the Chicken Tinga salad last time, which was excellent as well. Chop’t is the best chain salad place in the city given its creative options, consistently large portions, high quality ingredients and efficiency in getting people in and out the door.

What I’ve Had: Custom Salads, Cobb, Southwestern Would I go back?: Yes this is a go to spot when I haven’t brought lunch to work Story: Standard chopped salad joint. Sometimes the amount is a bit much for me so I ask them to split it between two bowls and they’re always accommodating. The seasonal options are fun and tasty as well.

Love Chop’t normally but I am beyond frustrated with this location. Their website and their hours posted on Unilocal say they open at 10:30 am on Saturday and this is the second time I have been there on a Saturday and they have a sign posted in the window indicating they have decided to open at noon. What is with that? I walked out of my way this morning at 11:1520 blocks in the rain to find a sign in the window. This is completely unacceptable. How does a chain restaurant run a branch like this? I am giving this branch one star since I can’t even eat the food because they ARENOTOPEN when they say they are supposed to be open. So if you plan to go there on the weekends I would call ahead to find out if they decided to open or not. So today I went the competition a few blocks away and got a salad at Just Salad since they were open when their hours said they would be open.

Stumbled upon this location on a weekend afternoon, and it wasn’t too crowded. There was one woman working here who was super efficient and cheerful, and it really made an impression on me, as this chain is, truly, an assembly line. Always good quantity and quality. You always feel filled up and relatively healthy!

Not sure why the first review gave it just a 3-star rating. This was largest and cleanest Chop’t I’ve been to. It’s day one, so they are learning the ropes, but the place was well overstaffed. I was kindly greeted at the door, at the fountain soda machine, and then at the counter. My salad preparer was quick and kind, and the cashier was also fast. There are large booths and tables along the side, and while it was not crowded when I went today, the long design of the space seems like it will be able to easily manage a large workday lunch rush. Beyond the friendly people, the food was good, the tables were clean, the space was immaculate, and everyone was bubbly. I know it’s only day one, but they’re off to a good start! Glad to see this location open!
