My first visit since the ecoli, norovirus whatever of a few months back(mainly because i havent had time) and you’d think that the shop would give amole food … not necessarily more meat… im not THAT crazy, but make a bowl look full with letttuce and rice amd beans … regain my trust and business guys or be out of business before the summer hits when people will flock back to you

This location is a disaster. The line is always unbearably long and moves slowly so I try to order ahead. But the screw up my order literally EVERYSINGLETIME. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt so I’ve not yet reviewed, but it has not once been a pleasant experience. They make you wait a half hr before you can pick up-presumably so they can make your order and have it ready, but it is NEVER ready on time! So frustrating. Get it together!

Was my first time at a chipotle franchise, and sometimes franchises are just not what we expect(unfortunately on the bad way), but this one was a very good surprise. Their burrito tasted very good, a very large size and their guacamole was just surprisingly great. I Could have had that for two meals or even share it with someone else. I would definitely try that again.

Good food and prices. Okay service, except tables are not wiped between customers.

This location operates like a prison courtyard. No gloves on people handling food, employees horsing around throwing things at each other, no supplies at the station(every single time), dirty tables… I could go on. Consistently a disappointing experience.

20min gets through 5 people. Slowest chipotle in the city by a long shot. Also you’ll get snidely comments for asking for extras. Fire all the servers. Get new people with better hands and better attitude.

As always the food was delicious, but this location was kind of a mess. There was barely a single clean table, and the trash can was overflowing with trash. Not impressed at all.

I love Chipotle but the one at this location needs change of management. Food is just ok but the customer service is horrible. Couple weeks ago, I visited at this location around 8pm. About 30 people on line and only one cash register was open. After my order was completed, I had to wait sixth in line for 2 – 3 minutes. I asked the manager why not open the 2nd cash register with so many people waiting to pay, he just shrugged his shoulders and tried to pretend he was improving the process. He didnt open the 2nd cash register. I’ll never spend my money at this location again.

In general, I like Chipotle and really appreciate the fact that they are so vegetarian friendly. Tonight though after my burrito was half-finished and awaiting the final ingredients from the second assembly line person, the first assembly line person had a scoop of chicken for the customer behind me. As the scoop passed over my vegetarian burrito, I saw chunks of chicken fall from the scoop into my burrito. I said to her that she had just dropped chicken into my burrito and she asked if I still wanted it. I scanned the open burrito and found one chunk of chicken on the edge of the burrito, pointed to the chicken and said, «No, I don’t want it.» I’m pretty sure other pieces of chicken also fell into my burrito, but I could only see the one on the edge of the tortilla. Unfortunately she rolled her eyes a couple of times and asked again, «You really don’t want it.» I responded that it’s a religious thing(it’s not, though it is a moral choice for me, but I find that stupid people who don’t respect vegetarians and vegans sometimes seem more accepting if you say it’s religious). So she threw it away and started over. Of course, the people in line were starring at me for holding them up and my friend told me he was embarrassed, which cast a pall over the rest of our evening(which had started out so well; and it’s a shame that he also does not respect my vegetarian choice). I wasn’t planning on posting this on Unilocal but was going to write Chipotle an email to suggest they train their employees to take better care not to cross-contaminate food. However, I could not find a «Contact us» button on their website, so am posting on Unilocal instead. So I would also suggest that Chipotle have an easier way to contact them with customer comments.

I absolutely hate the long lines at the chipotle chain restaurants. They always take way to long that by the time you get to the front of the counter your food is either cold you has terrible portions. The staff was nice but unorganized which started to confuse some people making them remake food.

This is my first time eating at Chipotle. The food is very delicious and the service was fast and efficient. I lost my phone and a consumer returned it… Thank God for honest people. I diffently will be a returning customer

Has to be one of the slowest locations ever! Try to find a time when there is NOT a line… Oh and that line takes forever. Worst than waiting is what happened on my visit Saturday night. While the restaurant was still open, an employee/manager(see pics) rolls 4 trash bins through the food/service line area, THROUGH the busy restaurant, to the front door. GROSS. Have you heard of the NYC Health Dept? If this happens in front of guests, what the hell happens in the back?

Food is always fresh and good here. The staff keeps the long line moving. My favorite is the bowl with chicken, rice, guacamole, green salsa and cheese. My only complaint is when it’s very busy they tend to run out of utensils and maintaining cleanliness at the condiment/soda station.

The one star is relative to other chipotles. This chipotle is the worst chipotle I have been to in a while. Very inconsistent with portions and very argumentative staff that would rather waste everyone’s time justifying themselves to you instead of just pleasing the customer’s not too absurd requests. Absolutely ridiculous experiences here. I live nearby and will do everything in my power to avoid this place.

Not a place to recommend. Food was very salty w no real fresh taste. Service was scattered and inconsistent. Two people ahead of me did not get part of their meal. Then my tacos were handled by 4 people who kept dropping in and out while the manager appeared to be arguing w a staff person about being late. Also dirty. Will not return.

I’m a Chipotle fan BUT this particular location is nothing but awful. Unfortunately, it happens to be convenient so I’ve given them several chances. Every single time something doesn’t taste right. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The chicken tasted disgusting and made me feel ill. I had to throw out the whole bowl. Will I continue to go to Chipotle? Yes. Will I visit this location again? Absolutely not! It’s time for new management.

No it’s not truly authentic Mexican, and it’s nothing amazing but it’s cheap, consistent and I feel better eating here than most fast food places. I do wish they would melt cheese instead of throwing cold cheese on your burrito. The guacamole is usually pretty good, While there is usually a long line, you can skip it. Place you order online or via Chipotle app and go straight to register to pick up your order. If your pressed for time or hate lines this is a life saver. It’s how myself and my co=workers order. 3.5 stars

Ah, Chipotle. How I love/hate you. Many a guilty meal has been had at this place that you only go to because you lose the battle with your better judgment. You know it’s a chain. You know it’s overpriced fast food. You know you’ll regret it later. But alas… the siren song of that mouth-watering burrito with its tender meat, creamy guac/sour cream, crumbly cheese, etc etc proves too alluring and you find yourself at the end of the line, deciding what you’ll have this time. After you’ve endured the fast-paced assembly line, you pay and publicly declare how this is the last time you’ll be here, and trod off with your brown bag of shame. …Til you crave it once again and return in approx. a week.

Okay… so I’m not going to go over what Chipotle is because I mean, it’s Chipotle! So, we’ve all had our bad experiences, our good, our in between’s. This is probably one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. I’m almost sure their prices are up from their normal by about half a dollar. Not to mention, there’s always a line and never enough seats… Their portioning is crazy stingy. The service is also meh, not very nice. The bowl didn’t even taste so good… It’s literally like an assembly line that’s mean. They throw your food into the bag and wait for the next one. No quality, no service, why bother?

WHOAREYOUANDWHATHAVEYOUDONETOCHIPOTLE? The food at this location lacks any modicum of flavor, freshness or party in your mouth stimulants. A chipotle burrito is like eating a healthy new born baby’s weight in deliciousness. The burrito I had at this location was like eating a still born baby’s weight in insipidness. Unfortunate. The tortilla chips should be lime and lemony and crunch and salty. The chips here had none of those qualities, waaaay past their prime. With tears albeit of the crocodile variety in my eyes, I give this joint a piddly star.
