China King

Do you ever take a vacation day just to spend it laying in bed eating a ton of food? I did that today. And it was awesome thanks to the delicious, affordable, prompt, friendly China king.
I had/​have for tomorrow veg Lo mein, dumplings, and general tso tofu… all very delicious and very cheap.

I’ve ordered from here twice, both delivery. The bad thing is that you have to order at least $ 12 – 15 worth of food before they deliver so if you’re ordering for yourself you should consider that. Other then that, the portions are HUGE. I ordered the smallest size of everything and it all came in quart size containers, probably because everything major items comes paired with rice.
The food is pretty good. The only thing I would note is that the sesame chicken and chinese donuts are a little dry, but still good enough to eat. I will be ordering from here again.

Solid Chinese food at a great price. The lo mein is awesome! The delivery is reliable. I just wish they were still open as late night as they used to be!

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have more reviews! Delicious. This is my go-​to Chinese delivery place. (Why look anywhere else?)

The sesame chicken was dry as hell and the Kung pao chicken was inedible. The meat in everything now, including the wontons, was questionable. I would not order this had I known. Only order here for white rice, it’s apparently the only safe thing to eat.

Delivery process was painless, delivery was quick and the food was excellent and at a great price. What more could you ask for?

It’s a whole in the wall Chinese food place. They cook fresh to order. Good portions of food.

Very good! Soooo much food too! The ribs were good, the chicken & egg rolls were super crispy and delicious. Delivery was on time & very nice.

Great food, awesome service and the delivery man is HILARIOUS he gives my nephew a high five every time he delivers. Just wish that their barbecue sauce wasn’t so sweet. Other than that, I have NO COMPLAINTS.

This is my go-​to when I crave Chinese (which is maybe too often). Never matters what I order because everything is always tasteful (general Tso’s chicken, chicken or shrimp with broccoli, shrimp lo mein, etc.) I can literally go on and on but this review will be too long and no will read it through.
I have been through, at other places, ordering experiences over the phone that were not so friendly to say the least… however CK is a rare breed indeed. Always nice, quick, and easy over the phone and they never rush to hang up when you’re about to ask the price (like at other places in the neighborhood).
Deliveries are always on time and even the delivery guys are friendly which is a plus!
AND they never forget your free soda if the order is more than $ 10. Some other restaurants try to be sneaky and «don’t remember» if you don’t remind them yourself.

Not very memorable Chinese food. However, in this neighborhood, one might be hard pressed to find better. My kung pao pork was fine, but there was nothing remarkable about it. The pork was plentiful and had some flavor. The vegetable selection was mixed and included mushrooms, baby corn, bamboo shoots, green peppers, celery, and onions. They weren’t overcooked, and everything was coarsely chopped for efficiency. There was no heat though which was unfortunate. Also, while not an issue for me, I found the portion of rice to be comically too much. The egg roll I had was decent. Everything is pretty inexpensive here, so it is an acceptable choice for its convenience.

It’s my neighborhood Chinese takeout place! It’s open 7 days a week. It has tofu in Spanish Harlem. What more can you want. Plus, it’s huge portions for under $ 10. Cheap and tastey. What more do you want?
