SCAM!!! Stay away!!! They take your order but have absolutely no flowers! You will wait and wait, but they will never come! I’m not sure how they’re still operating, but I’m absolutely calling the better business bureau! I can’t believe that someone decided this was going to be their skill in life!!! Unreal

I basically had the same experience as Alex K. and Monica M. I ordered flowers for my wife(for Valentines) at 10:30am on 02÷13÷15 and put in the notes that delivery must be made no later than 5:30pm. I called them directly and they confirmed that they would be able to honor that request. This was a «Same Day» delivery, guaranteed to make it to my wife by 5pm. By 3pm the delivery was still not made, so I called them again to check on the status and they told me that it was«out for delivery». Now, 5:45pm rolled around and STILL no flowers! I tried to get them on the phone repeatedly, to no avail. The next day(Valentines Day), I tried ALL morning to reach them to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. Exactly like reviewer Monica M. reported, when you call you’re placed on hold for 5 minutes and then it hangs up on you. I had to take the same route as reviewer Alex K., and file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I have still not heard a word from these people. They didn’t even have the decency to call me and excuse themselves for not delivering what I paid for. Will never do business with them again and I recommend you don’t either.

Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day, they said they were delivered same day, she never got them. Called them three times the following day trying to get information. First time: «They were delivered to a mail room.» False, or else she would have gotten them and I wouldn’t be calling. Second time: «Let me call you back with the info» Verified my phone # with the person who never called back. Third time(after waiting two hours for them to call me back, I called them): «Somebody named Lisa signed for them.» My wife doesn’t work with anybody named Lisa. Then my wife called them, then they stopped answering the phone when we called. If I’d have done some research on Unilocal first, I’d have just gone with somebody else. Don’t make my mistake!

don’t use them! I ordered flowers for a same day delivery, got a confirmation email and receipt, and they never showed up. I called them to ask what happened, and they said it got pushed to the next day. I asked for a refund, and I have to call a different phone number to speak with the«refund person.» It was my first time using this service, and will definitely not be using them again.

Ordered flowers for my wife anniversary and turns out the flowers were never delivered. When I called to ask what happened to the flower the reply i got was that the transaction didn’t go thru, I contacted my bank and it shows they received the money. I never got an apology or a simple can we still deliver it today…(a day later) they’re customer service SUCKS!!!

This company is some kind of scam. I ordered flowers last night and said that I needed them by 11AM the next day. I received a confirmation email last night and yet… no flowers! 11AM has come and gone. Their emails bounce back and no one answers the phone. When you call you’re placed on hold for 5 minutes and then it hangs up on you. BEWARE!
