Customer service: I rate them a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I called Lucio who was very pleasant to do business with over the phone. I ordered the clock and he told me he would ship it that day or the next via FedEx. He shipped it that day and sent me a conformation email.
Price: exactly what they advertise is what they charged me. Many companies nowadays can do a «bait and switch» advertising certain prices and free shipping only to change those prices once you place an order. This company gave me the listed price and as promised with my order — free shipping.
