AWFUL!!! Do not use.
I had been interested in an apartment for quite some time. The broker was unresponsive to say the least and completely disinterested. He barely acknowledged my presence when I came to visit the place. I thought maybe it was due to old age, but he attention to the other visitors.
It took him several days to get me the application, and once he did send it, he didn’t bother to answer ANY of my questions (even when I asked if he could help me find another place).
In the end, I didn’t even bother submitting my application or paying the fee because I was positive he would through out my paperwork and pocket the application fee himself.
He was even going to make me pay the 10% brokers fee even though I found it online and he in NO WAY helped.
Just terrible. You are much better off using Corcoran, DE, or Halstead. At least you’ll get quality service.

I just found my fabulous new home in SoHo thanks to the terrific folks at Quatrone. I worked with Robert Agee and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from first to last — he was friendly, hlepful, professional, and attentive, and I truly believed he cared about finding a match that would be a good fit for both landlord and tenant. I met some other members of the Quatrone team during the application process and they were all lovely as well. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!
