This company is the reason landlords in New York City get such a bad rap. After having a great relationship and zero problems over the course of 10+ years with our building’s landlord, they sold to Time Equities. It’s been nothing but trouble ever since. They won’t return your phone calls, they blow off responsibilities citing «other departments,» they favor legal action over communication and they will do everything in their power to keep your deposit. They are 90% of our reason for leaving an awesome and beloved apt of over a decade– now with a bad taste in our mouths. Kinda sad. I would avoid at all costs. Zero stars.

It has been a tough ride with this property management company. It took them a lot to react to problems I had with my apartment and I have been doing the project management. The application process was easy and pain free (unlike most NYC properties) but it is not a 5 star service at all.
