Caribbean Cuts Corporation

I have worked with Caribbean Cuts for the past 7 years. They have an incredible selection of really unique tropical flowers, grasses, leaves and more. I find their staff to be very welcoming and their product to be of excellent quality.

If you want a dose of abuse with your tropical bouquet, stop by this store. Yes, they have exotic foliage, decorative mini bananas and pineapples, ginger blossoms and other unusual flowers and leaves, but if you’re not Takashimaya, they act like they’re doing you a favor. Tom, the owner, sent me a few doors down to buy vases for the arrangents i had selected and then when it came time to deliver the bouquets, he said i had to arrange them myself – on the day they were due! So why have me bring him the vases? They then neglected to include foliage I had paid for in my order and the owner Tom denied that, too. That’s right, he basically accused me of lying – over $ 10. He told me I had «zero credibility». Nice way to do business. When I told him that’s no way to treat a customer, he told me that for an order as small as mine, he couldn’t care less. Good luck, Tom. With an attitude like that, you’ll go real far, especially in this economy. s
My advice: go to Holiday Flowers 2 doors down. They have exotic palms, orchids, and all manner of plants that are very well priced. And they will artfully arrange them, work with mere laymen and treat you like gold.
