Stopped by the store when I was in Harlem this week– great selection of high end brands like Buscemi and the associates are super down to earth and helpful. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The owner has put a lot of effort in reaching out to amend the unprofessionalism of her staff. She offered a discount and apologized through a great response. I do not plan on using the discount or shopping there, but it’s good to see the owner reaching out in response to her employees’ poor behavior.

The owner of the business, who is a woman, reached out to me to apologize for everything. Not only was she highly professional in her responses, outlining the actions she has and will take to make sure she has a better trained staff, but she offered me a discount if I were ever to shop there. Although I could never step foot in that store knowing I’d potentially face my harassers, I’m appreciative of the offer. I can’t in good conscience leave anything higher than 3 stars since the damage is done and I continue to walk cautiously past the store. Nevertheless, how she handled this community/​customer relations matter was stellar, so I owe it to her to update my review.
