Loved this team– was the only place I could find bird-​spikes for my new A/​C. Everywhere else wanted to ship them to me.
The 5 stars is not really for the spikes though– it was the service. I had a couple questions and though I was unprepared and vaguely knew what I needed, one of the guys (Andy? Owner maybe?) was incredibly helpful in telling me what I needed to get everything installed.
This place is 40 blocks away from me but when I need pest control services I will without doubt be giving them a call.

These guys know their business. They helped me identify what was going on in my new apartment and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. They could have easily scared me into a full bed-​bug service. Instead, the guy ruled out bed bugs based on my crazed description of the problem, and he sold me a great ($ 20) product to take care of the situation. He also gave me good advice putting in a de-​infestation strategy.
All of this is great, but the feeling of dealing with professionals who care about their work was the thing that sold me. Can’t put a price on integrity.
