As a resident of Harlem, I was thrilled to learn that a B-Dubs was opening in the neighborhood. The facility is new and clean. The location is great. The food, however, is very mediocre, although I can’t complain too much about the price. The drinks, likewise, aren’t great but the price isn’t outrageous? The big draw to B-Dubs for me is having access to the game, and on that front they do not disappoint. What does disappoint is the atrocious service. The servers aren’t rude. They’re polite. But they disappear for a half hour at a time, which when you’re trying to order another drink, or get the check, is extremely irritating. It’s so bad that I’ve honestly considered finding another place to watch the game.

Pretty impressed with the service. They were very quick, polite and attentive. The wings were good and its spacious, which is always a plus for me.

Everyone in my dinner party got food poisoning from this Buffalo Wild Wings. We all ordered wings and they weren’t cooked and red in the inside, so we sent them back, but even with the new wings that were cooked… WEALLGOTFOODPOISONING! It’s obvious to say that we’re never coming back and just this location is disgusting.

This is the worst BWW that I have ever gone to. They have no regard for quality food.

Where do I start? My wife was getting Halal chicken from the street vendor. We past by Buffalo wild wings and noticed that it’s 75cent Thursday boneless wing night. Well the 15 plus minute wait for the 1 person in front of me to be served by the 2 staff behind the counter I almost walked out. But my wife wanted to try them so we waited. After the waiting to have my order taken it was another 15+ minutes to actually get my order. I opened the box and was hugely disappointed. Tiny little chicken pieces that were more batter than chicken and a sauce that was sparsely applied. Buffalo wild wings never again, you are one and done. BTW the whole dining room was empty! Not a great sign. There are so many other great options, I recommend the Halal chicken from the street vendor @$ 5 it was a taste sensation and a bargain.

Good luck if you’re hungry or on any type of time constraint. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our food. Probably because our waiter, Aaron, didn’t put our food in right away. It also took him about 20 minutes to bring us a side of ranch and veggie boat, which we had asked for when our food first arrived. Slow service on a slow day. The table next to us complained about the slow service as well. As fans of BWW we were disappointed with the service. Would like to come back but will be unlikely in the near future.

Me and my roomies go here almost once a week(excessive we know) lol. We have yet to have a terrible experience… some eh but nothing to deter us from coming back obviously. We once had such a fantastic experience with a server named Kathy, that now we always ask to be seated with her when we come. She is super friendly, attentive and personable! Food is good, like chain restaurant good– great place for a drink or casual lunch/dinner. Ask to be seated with Kathy you will have a great experience guaranteed!

Attended an NBA launch VIP event here the other night and was pleasantly surprised! Our server(I think his name was Nick) was an absolute sweetheart. The hostess downstairs with the southern drawl was equally sweet. Food was delicious. a little slow moving towards the end. We had: Buffalo wings(good.sauce was thin but very flavorful) Buffalo chicken wrap(subbed w/parmesan garlic sauce) — CRACK. This item came with fries that were fantastic. Nachos — delicious. Cheese sauce was thin but the dish was delicious! Chicken Quesadilla — decent. Nothing to write home about Cheesecake bites — good but NOT what you’d expect. These are FRIED and come with dipping sauce(choice of caramel or chocolate)
Chocolate fudge cake — served with vanilla ice cream. AMAZING! Drinks are good too! Managers came around to check on the customers, a move I find to be very important in the hospitality business. You never know what the customer’s experience is like unless you ask them while they are there! Aside from the slow service, my only qualm was that it was SUPER hot upstairs where we were seated. Clean restrooms and super sweet staff. I’m a fan!

let’s start from when i walk in. host was more interested in tailing to co workers then talking me to my seat then asked if another worker was upstairs to bring my group up. then the waitress was the worst(no straws no forks) which i wouldn’t have needed cause i asked for chicken wings w bone«but no she brought 2 orders of boneless» i had to get up to get my own fork knife and napkins. drinks took forever to get but then the way she was moving i thought she was on lunch break. «the manager even peeped game»(helped out) but come on what do you get paid to do. even the bar back was looking shaking his head.(margaritas was watered down don’t but those. def was a beer night cause they drinks was trash. Nice location but workers need training on customer service.

Not sure why but the service was really not great here last time. They didn’t really fill our drinks regularly, we didn’t get forks or our ranch/celery/carrots until pretty late in the meal. Saved from a two star by the management who came over and rectified everything quickly and efficiently. The food earned the other star, was very tasty as always– we shared a sampler, I got a burger/fries and the gf got boneless wings. Maybe an off night on the service?

The service sucked so bad, but the food was good. MOREWAITRESS, LESSHOSTESSPLEASE! The garlic parmesean wings were awesome and the lemon peppers were good. My friend said the honey bbq were good. The buffalo chips were better than expected, but the fries were not worth getting… $ 3 for a few fries uh no, but the buffalo zoo drink made up for the fries. Dallan or Dalian the waiter was not as dedicated to us as he should’ve been, but hey. I guess the ppl that came after us was more important. I did point it out respectively, which gave him the opportunity to redeem himself, but of course he didn’t. We had to ask another waiter for napkins plus we felt rushed out. He tried so hard not to look overwhelmed the whole time… Maybe next time would be better idk.

I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 pm. The service as for the hostess and our waiter were very friendly and polite. We ordered wings half Caribbean jerk and half buffalo, a nacho burger that came with fries, side of onion rings, and a side of macaroni and cheese. The burger was for my brother which he enjoyed they kinda was stingy with the side of fries it was no more than 15 fries on his plate they give you more fries at Popeye’s lol. I ordered the wings and they would have been excellent if they would have came to the table hot. Everything else came to the table steaming hot so I was understandably confused but due to already waiting 35 minutes for my food and starving I just decided to eat it anyway. Next time I won’t. PS. I did find the wait ridiculous next time i will be calling the manger.

Ok so I love me some BWW, however this was a bad experience. To start when we walked in the hostess stand was too busy talking to notice us so I walked up and asked how long was the wait. We get seated right after that in a high top, we weren’t asked if we wanted a booth. Our server took like 5 minutes to greet us, when he came he seemed nice. We ordered our drinks and all our food at once. My little sister ordered a ginger ale and instead of him saying we don’t have it… He said ok and came back with nothing for her to drink. Our food took literally and hour and a half to be served to us. So we ordered another round of drinks. These took super long to come like 20 minutes. So I walked up to the bar to inquire because our server was no where to be found. Our food finally came and it was WRONG. They put hot all over my friends wings when she asked for half medium and have garlic parm. Then we waited another 5 minutes for him to bring out the ranch. In the meantime I had ordered another drink like 30 Minutes before and he finally brings it. I told him I didn’t want it because we had already eaten. He brings it back to the pick up station and this server with curly red hair and glasses starts popping shit about me not wanting the drink and starts asking where our table was.(who hired her ?) Anyway so I go to the bathroom and on my way out I see. A MANAGER !!! I start to tell him about my experience and he comes right over to the table and is apologizing saying he will comp some of our food. He kept using the excuse that the kitchen was backed up and that they had only been open for 2 weeks. This fool took 20 $ off a 90 dollar bill.(Who does that?) Overall, I love BWWBUT this location needs to have more training. I can’t believe corporate would allow someone to open a chain that’s not ready.

Listen, this is a BWW in Harlem, so my expectations were right where they needed to be… All I have to say is don’t come in a rush and don’t hold your breath for anything! It almost physically pained me to tip the waitress. On the plus side, another waiter(Nick) was so friendly and helpful I wanted to tip him. And the hostess downstairs is freakin hilarious. Enjoy the people watching.

UPDATE: Its been 40 minutes and i ordered 10 wings for takeout. Do better. Wing Stop wait is 21 minutes and they tell you upfront Im from the midwest and this was a staple in my high school experience so of course i was more than excited for BW3s to open in Harlem. I tried to call and make a take out order but no one answered the phone(huge no no). I was across the street from Wing Stop but decided to give BDub a chance so i walked over. Their hostess promptly apologized for them not answering and i was able to order up front. There is a lot of wing competition on 125th now, be careful Buffalo Wild Wings

This community was beyond excited for the opening of this new BWW but I’ve been here almost 10 times now and it has consistently disappointed me every time. This establishment is two stories huge with lots of workers and usually completely empty whenever I come. And yet I cannot understand why the service is this slow. Every. Single. Time. I’ve been here, it takes 40 minutes for them to take our order, another hour to get our order, and another hour for the check to come. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We’ve tried ordering additional drinks before we’ve finished our drinks because we know how long it takes, we’ve tried going to the bar instead of getting seated, I even once left without paying for my drink because I was standing at the bar for 30 minutes trying to pay and nobody could take my card. Regardless of whether the food tastes good or if the establishment is clean, service as slow as this is unacceptable. I urge you not to come here, unless you love wasting time.

Awfull experiencie, I wish I could had wings like the pictures from Unilocal,I ordered boneless wings, and got some dried up balls of something that looks similar to chicken, with cold re-fried french fries. Total rip-off, if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

It’s been a long time since the sign showed up until opening day today, but we were READY. My husband loves wings and beer so when we finally saw the opening day announced, it was put on our calendar. It wasn’t too crowded which I think was great for the new staff. I would never judge a restaurant negatively on the first day, but they actually got it right! Our server, Anthony«Ducky» was great and very attentive. He was also really wanting to know our opinions so he could make further recommendations in the future. I’m sure no one can have the whole menu memorized the first day, but he did a pretty good job. Answered all of our questions about the menu. Ordered wings(duh). Also it was happy hour so got an appetizer for $ 4. We had the chili con queso w warm tortilla chips. It was good, but the bowl for the dip wasn’t full and we ran out of dip before chips. We had our cheap and awesome beers($ 4 during happy hour for the Yuengling and Leinenkugal’s beers!). Our wings rocked. Really well cooked and crispy. Fav sauces were the Asian Zinger and Thai curry but the others we tried were great too. Dessert was the cinnamon bites. They were so good! Cheap too. We sat downstairs. I went upstairs to look and use the bathroom(which was really clean) and it’s huge. I think I’d opt to sit up there next time just because it’s more open and more to see. The bar area is huge. This place is gonna get packed super soon so go now!
