This is the place where I had the greatest sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I still talk about it to this day. The sandwich is called the«Warm Chicken Club.» Sounds standard and pretty unoriginal from the name, but oh my god, let me tell you, this sandwich is the most amazing sandwich to ever grace god’s great earth. I’m serious, man. Try it. You won’t regret it.

We came by after Dylan’s. Hungry as we havent had much to eat all day, the bf got the«protein breakfast» and i got the eggs benedict w/crabcakes. Food are good. The protein breakfast was $ 14, but came with sauteed spinach, 4 strips of grilled chickens and a good amount of scrambled egg whites. It was a good deal and tasted good. The eggs benedict was good, can’t go wrong with that.

Got a burger w/mashed potatoes. Garbage all around. The potatoes were cold on the plate and I think they were instant. Burger had some spice or something in it that made it unappealing and the onion bun was hard. The tap water was the best part of the meal. Also, nobody was there at 10pm on a Tuesday and the service was horrible.

A group of us came here to get brunch. They seated us quickly and brought a high chair for a 2 year old. I guess this place is child-friendly, as I saw 3 or 4 tables with small children. I was happy that they were all well behaved. Anyway, on to food. I had ordered a basic Cobb salad while my hubby ordered a protein power plate with a side order of bacon. Cobb salad was nothing special but it was very good. It comes in a big portion. My hubby’s «side bacon» came with a plate full of bacon… there must have been more than 10 strips. Just make sure you really want bacon when you order! The food portions are big so were were completely stuffed. There was no space for any dessert. The food was good but the service was bad. It took the waiter about 10 minutes to bring water to the table when he knew how hot it was outside! He was not friendly and I thought he was kind of lazy overall. I would come back here if nothing else is open.

Interesting reading the scope of reviews. I am not a regular at Brasserie 360. I eat there when I am in the neighborhood, am very hungry and want an un-greasy, well-done but not tough or dry Kobe Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. I don’t indulge in anything else; not at those prices. I agree that the Wait Staff can be a pain. Their conversations with one another seem to come first. The least they can do is to acknowledge a patron’s presence, but maybe no one has taught them that the customer comes first . Still, I’ll go back as long as those burgers remain un-greasy, not dry but moist and tastey!

What’s dissapointing is that this space/venue would be so perfect for a birthday dinner or get together but, I will probably never go back. I must’ve sat there for close to 10 minutes waiting for a server. An older(compared to our server) gentleman asked if we needed help reading the distress on our faces and then got our server, who was chatting with the bartender and playing on his iphone. When we asked for 2 sodas, we had to wait another 10 minutes while he chatted with the bartender(with our drinks INHISHANDS!) Another 7 min while he talked waiting to order a soup appetizer. Very frustrating and extremely uninterested staff. The other waitor seemed to be pleasing his tables… i was jealous. Oh and our waitor wouldn’t even tell us his name… he told my mom it was Shirley… funny but weird. I dont even remember what the food tasted like so I guess it was just not that good.

Service… there was none. We went during a weekday for lunch. We were promptly seated but it went downhill from there. Well done French cuisine is one of my favorites and I was looking forward to checking this place out. It took 15 — 20 minutes just to get the order placed and we didn’t eat until 30 — 45 minutes later. Our dishes weren’t complex. The waiter was in the weeds but I gave him a pass(he may have been covering for someone) but you would have thought that the manager would have picked up the slack rather than stand around and point. The food was disappointing. My girlfriend ordered the thyme poached chicken & I had the marinated grilled vegetable sandwich with brie. The chicken in hers was flavorless and she ended up picking it out and setting it off on the side. The vegetable sandwich was greasy from the olive oil and had little to no seasoning. They had one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive one. I won’t be going back.

The issue I have with this place is not the food. The service. Next to if not terrible. I ordered the spinach ravioli in a white wine cream sauce… I thought the sauce was alfredo, but whatever… 1) When we first walked in, the waitstaff was folding napkins on the left of us as we walked by and… Well… The area looked more like a hang out than people working… 2) The waitstaff proceeded to randomly make loud noises, sing, and break out into dance… In terms of these two issues(all observed within the first five minutes of walking in and being seated), it would be fine if the ambiance of the place was playful(ie: a Joe’s Crab Shack or Johnny Rockets where the waitstaff dances and has fun and what not), but it wasn’t… So these antics came off as inattentive and unprofessional. 3) When we were seated for three, the waiter only brought two glasses of water… And the third was not brought out until my boyfriend and I just about finished our glasses of water and our friend was seated… Which means our friend had to sit… Thirsty… And watch us quench our thirst… The waiter did nothing but watch TV and continue to fold napkins… And I KNOW he saw our friend sit down. 4) My boyfriend and our friend had their burger orders mixed up… The fries and mushrooms went on the wrong plates… Instead of admitting he messed up, the waiter proceeded to «ensure» us that he took our orders correctly and that WE messed up… No… As someone in customer service, if the customer RESPECTFULLY tells you you are wrong AND there are THREEPEOPLE who know the orders are wrong, why would you argue? And then try to BLAMEUS for the mistakes… As if we told him the information incorrectly… And then NOTOFFERANYSORTOFCOMPENSATION… I don’t mean a free meal, but to at least give us like… a discount? Seriously… Terrible service. 5) When you have to ASK for your glasses of water to be re-filled when the waiter is just chillin on the side… And it is CLEAR your glass is empty… Really? Now, I tipped… My boyfriend REALLY didn’t want to, but… I am NEVER coming here again… The price just isn’t worth the crappy service.

All I can say is, don’t come here. Food is meh, very meh. I ordered a chicken club sandwich, and it was dry and tasteless. The only reason I came here was because my friend and I were hungry, and our deal for Hot ‘n crusty was rejected earlier(long story) so we wandered into the first restaurant we saw nearby. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I came here again with some friends after a Christmas performance, and I ordered the mussells in white shallot gravy along with a couple of glasses of Shiraz. Earlier, I had had the croque monsieur again, and the waitress and busboys were really on point… Here’s the only thing that bothered me this time around: some of the male waitstaff were drinking(not alcohol) on the floor, «chillin» by the bar, and one I even saw blow his nose right next to the bar where he could be seen not washing his hands afterwards… I’m not saying that it should be a military régime with the staff… but there should be some sort of protocol in place as far as staff etiquette in front of patrons… Four stars for food and ambiance, and my own personal waitress… Minus two stars for the others

I went there twice for brunch. I remember I ordered a cobe burger for the first time. It was a huge burger with fries on the side. It’s hard for me to finish it but I did it and I wasn’t hungry until late in the night. The second time I ordered a pancake. I have to say that pancake is not my favourite. It’s ok because it doesn’t have meat in it. lol. I like their view. I highly recommand you sit beside the window and you will see people walking with their family or their dogs in the weekend morning and the Bloomingdales is just on the other side of the street.

Why does American restaurant always have food in huge portion? Appetizers at this place look and cost like entries… Anyway, they replaced french fries with sweet potato fries as side of burger. That’s delicious!

Review for brunch only. Checked this place out today. My friend says the burger is good. The sweet potato fries are wedges and thus too thick. The chicken club sandwich was good except there was too much goat cheese. The regular fries were decent though. The protein breakfast(chicken, scrambled egg whites, and spinach) was good though. The chicken has a great flavor. A little pricey(entrees $ 14 — $ 16), but the portions were pretty big. I don’t think we’d come back, but if you are looking for a restaurant near bloomies that’s not a chain(CPK or Patsy’s), this is a decent alternative.

Adorable little shop we went to for breakfast. It was a cute location and hit the spot for a great get together and breakfast. One of the most adorable places for brunch I have been too. This is wide open with windows, so even though seating is snug, the windows make it comfortable. I had the 360 Omlet, which was more than enough food for this girl. It was good… When you have one omlet you have had them all… but the combination of ingredients that were added made this stand out from the rest. The place had character. It had an easy transition of a late night look that could turn ‘upper east side brunch’ friendly in a matter of a couple hours. Adorable place! Worth the trip — plus walk across the street and check out Dylan’s! Happies all around!

The morning after dinner I get the following texts: Friend: «Hey are you alright?» Me: «Uh yeah why?» Friend: «Probably TMI, but I think I got some food poisoning» So you know how the rest of the story goes. BTW he got the Steak Frites. I am fine, and I got the 360 Burger w sweet potato wedges(Crispy, salty, sweet) Not the fault of the place, but as soon as we sat down, the city decided to do some construction outside which kinda ruins a meal where you are trying to communicate by speaking.

After walking out of Dylan’s Candy Bar, my mom and I happened to stumble upon this restaurant which is directly across the street. Thank god we did. We ordered the Kobe beef burger medium rare which was absolutely the best burger I have ever had — succulent, well cooked, delicious, the fries were even better! The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, a little crowded but has a gorgeous staircase that leads you upstairs to the restroom. This is where the bad part of this place was: So basically, the bathroom was 300 sq feet and the floor was covered in toilet paper, which of course, stuck to our shoes and would refuse to leave. Otherwise, great place and I would come back here in a minute for that burger.

I kind of love Unilocal even more when my review matches what 10’s of other Unilocalers have said already. Truth in numbers! Then again, three stars isn’t really cutting it for me for a repeat visit. No major complaints, I guess, but no amazing shout outs, either. The bistro décor is classic and a bit kitchy. Our waitress and wait staff were too enthusiastic about clearing our table; about five separate people came by to take our dishes before we were done with them. However, their homemade tomato soup was really great, and their salad selection is innovative — and the salads are large!

This restaurant does little to distinguish themselves, but they’re there if you’re in the neighborhood. And you very well might be, as Dylan’s Candy Bar and Serendipity are on the same block. With time to kill, we stopped in for drinks. There was plenty of seats free(it was emptyish) so we were seated immediately. Munched on decent Kobe beef slider appetizers(pricey; $ 15 for three) and enjoyed a beer(way too expensive, even for the city) before heading out. Service was fine. A busboy even sprinted after us after I forgot my umbrella at the table.

Meh. Brasserie 360 was our backup location for Serendipity which had a 45+min wait as we rolled in 5 deep. I was initially surprised to see that it was classified as an «American Bistro» not really French, although 360 does everything in it’s power(servers, hostess, French accents, décor etc) to be as Frenchy as possible… sorry folks, even they consider it American. We came here for dessert, and I had ordered a Nonfat Iced Cappuccino as my buddies ordered the cheesecake, molten chocolate cake and grand marnier mousse. My 3 stars is being given to the«normalness“of desserts that was tasted by my friends meanwhile my Iced Cappuccino was quite good, in fact probably in the top 7 that I’ve ever had as far as Iced Cappuccinos go. We didn’t order entrees etc, so my review is based purely on caffeinated house beverages and dessert. It was a fun, efficient and«fair» backup for Serendipity, however, there are dozens of dessert spots nearby that are much better. save your money and go somewhere else.
