DONOTGOHERE. REPEATDONOTGOHERE. It will cost me thousands of dollars to repair the damage he did to my face. First you buy a cheap Groupon, than you go see him in sort of a factory atmosphere. He tells you how awful you look, and up sells a product. Which in my case was a filler. Which I’ve been doing fillers for 10 plus years on my frown line. Sure do my frown line. He wants payment before procedure. He than goes ahead and injects on the side of my mouth, and underneath my chin. And I said to him what are you doing injecting my chin. He didn’t answer, nor did he stop! Not once touching the frown lines. Never molding out the product. I am a mess. The pain in my chin is unbearable, and it looks ridiculous. I believe he did this so he can charge my credit card for a product. I thought the pain would subside, and it didn’t and today is day 5. My lower face is dis-proportioned and I can’t smile correctly. My face has big lumps. When I do smile now, it looks like I get something wrong with me. Regarding the 40 units of Botox. He never injected my forehead. He put a few around the eyes. Not what I wanted, nor is it what I what I paid for in the Groupon. When I told him so, he said oh you can just come back again(meaning pay me again for another service). They guy is a thief, and a face butcher. I never looked so awful as I do after visiting this guy. So I went in with a pretty face, an awesome smile, and a few wrinkles(I’m 48). I left with a distorted and unbalanced face, an ugly smile, a chin that sticks out on one side oddly, lumps where the product was injected, unsymmetrical face, and wrinkles, and pain, It’s a major upheaval to my career and social life. I’m very concerned that he caused some major damage to my chin and face. I’m waiting upon an appointment with a real plastic surgeon to reverse what he did(if possible) and to ensure that I’m not permanently damaged. When i told him what he did, he wanted me to come back for a touch up. I told him I don’t need a touch up, I need the product removed and refund. This is where he gets ugly. His response(not caring about any of the aforesaid), CLEARLY we do not provide refunds. This guy just cares about money. Any ethical doctor presented with a patients complained about the aforesaid, would take great care to rectify. Wait hold on, any ethical doctor would not have injected a full syringe of filler underneath a patient’s chin on one side, when they wanted frown lines worked on!

I am giving this review 3 stars due to a combination of good and bad experiences during my first visit to Dr. Mirza for a Lifebooker Deal for 20 Units of Botox: Good: the Doctor is timely, appointments are easy to make, and you can get in and out fast. The price is below market average. Almost no pain and I like the results so far after 24 Hours. Bad: the facility is a shared office with other specialty doctors, so it isn’t very comforting. The staff is very crass and lack emotive communication skills. Dr. Mirza came in for my appointment, told me to sit down and asked where I wanted my injections, proceeded to tell me I had more problems than the one I was treating and tried to up-sell me another 20 units. I am 24 and this was my first time doing preventative injectables, so I knew what he was up to. He swabbed my forehead with an alcohol wipe and jabbed the needle into my face so unexpectedly fast 5 times(I was sitting on a medical bench across from a table full of needles and vials). Then the nurse patted me a few times and gave me a pamphlet printed from a home office to tell me about other available services like Dermapen and Juvéderm(again I’m 24). I immediately went into an adjacent restroom after exiting and noticed small amounts of blood dried at the injection sites which I cleaned myself, and applied some of my own cream. I was able to go to work right away without anyone noticing any redness or swelling. Overall: it’s the journey not the destination, and this one has room for improvement! Although Botox is commonplace nowadays, it is still a personally invasive procedure that requires more care and attention than was displayed here — even if the doctor knows how to wield a syringe!
