Tried a selection on Saturday, they were all delicious and impressed our friends. Chunks of onion! Chunks of garlic! It’s like California-​style ingredients meet old NYC bagelcraft, and they’re good enough to eat plain. Our picky 3-​year-​old thought so, too.
I trek up to Absolute on Broadway once a week to stock up because great bagels are worth an hour of my time. Finding even better ones two blocks away is a dream come true. Looking forward to Saturday…

This has been the most exciting addition to the neighborhood! Visiting Bo’s has been a major part of our Saturday morning routines and errands! We have to make a stop there! While I’ve always been a bagel lover Bo’s unique bagels like the 3CBO and the Black Russian are soooooooo delicious!!! And don’t get me started on the cream cheese! Almond berry … Maple walnut!!! Seriously, this treat is worth dreaming about all week and the owners alway greet us with a smile and warm heart! I’m a proud fan and follower!

Best bagels I’ve had. Period. Made in the old-​school style of crunchy outside and chewy inside, these are delicious even without any toppings. Though I’m usually an everything bagel girl, the cinnamon raisins are the unsung hero in each batch.
