Blush is now $ 60 or less for everything in the store, even stuff that used to cost $ 400 or more. The designs are still cute and good quality and the prices are set to what us ladies want to spend. The sales people are cute and great.

They will not accept a store credit on the day that it expires. That is the last time I shop there. And they are so rude about it — I will never go back!

I liked this place… tons of great and trendy clothing and the day I happened to be there the sales rack was pretty generous. The sales person who was at the store on this day was very helpful and made sure to tell me he had more sizes in the back… even though he was the only person working the store that day and the store WAS packed he was super quick and seemed to have time for everyone. My only sort of negative is that they only have two or three fitting rooms… for a store which such a great selection they should really have at least an extra one. I felt horrible when I came out of the fitting room to show my friends my new shirt and saw the line of waiting customers. I did get a super cute silk shirt that I cannot wait to wear out! Overall good experience.

First off, the clothes here were really very nice [and really very expensive] but this place staffs HORRIBLE salespeople and they ticked me off to the point where I hope they go out of business. My little sister wanted to try on a dress — she’s got senior prom next Spring and was sort of casually interested in trying on different styles — and they REFUSED to let her put it on after grilling her about: 1) her dress size [my sister’s 5′ and 108 lbs] 2) «what event are you going to wear this dress to?» and finally, 3) wanting to be absolutely sure we intended to purchase the dress after she tried it on. When my sister let them know she wasn’t too sure about #3 they took the dress and told us they didn’t want her«accidentally ruining it» especially if she probably wasn’t going to buy it «because they would then have to give another customer who wanted it a discount». So essentially, they refused us service. I don’t know, maybe they beat their salespeople or something if they give discounts or maybe their entire salary is commission only, but I’ve never encountered such rudeness in my entire shopping career.

Great boutique. Very trendy pieces of clothing they have here, and they carry some designer denim as well(like AG). I went when there was a huge sale going on, and after sale prices are a lot more reasonable than the original prices, which can definitely go above $ 150 per clothing item. After sale prices brought down a lot of items to under $ 100, with some cute dresses and such hovering around the $ 50-$ 70 price range. Be warned that the staff members can be very pushy to a fault. They were quite nice, but they aren’t afraid to recommend you many pieces and shove them at you in the dressing room. Also, in the dressing room there are no mirrors so you’re forced to come out and examine yourself in the mirror on the other side of the door, and the staff is bound to comment on it and recommend you more pieces. They are, though, really quite nice and they take the time to recommend you pieces that fit your body and your personality(the little they gauge for all of 5 minutes) I got this cute black and grey striped tank top that has lace in the back for $ 39 on sale, and this super cute plaid halter dress for $ 49(after haggling with them) … so yea you can definitely spend under $ 100 here if you are careful!

Normally, I avoid stores like this: small boutiques in the West Village where I cringe at prices. In fact, as my friend and I were walking up Bleeker St we instinctively kept walking by, but our heads turned and pace slowed at the sight of a «50% off Sale» sign in the window. Needless to say, our direction changed pretty quickly. Blush is exactly as I imagined, stocking pretty cool designs(but for definitely more than $ 100) in a small, rather cramped space. I didn’t experience any bad behavior from the staff like other reviews have mentioned — when we first entered they were hovering over other clients. But once we started ooh-ing and ahh-ing over a pair of GORGEOUS shoes on sale, one of them immediately came over and kept getting us different sizes and colors until we made our decisions. I’ll admit, my good experience at Blush was mostly due to my new pair of shoes(which I’m currently wearing for fun as I type this), which for 60% off were made even more amazing. These types of stores aren’t for me unless there is a sale, but for others you can rest assured that Blush probably has several chic things for you to buy.

The people who work in this store are so absurdly rude it is not even worth setting foot in there, you can get whatever they carry elsewhere and avoid getting angry about the experience. Ugh.

I really liked the Georgian staff here. They were very attentive — at first I was nervous about them. But, they picked up quickly what I liked and were very good at making sure I was comfortable in what they were recommending me to try! Also, really not that expensive.

Blush is the boutique to go to when you want some truly unique yet classy and slightly edgy and a bit European. The staff could be considered pushy to some degree, but are also extremely attentive and helpful. The first time I shopped at Blush, I must have tried on 15 pairs of jeans and the staff kept pulling out more sizes and styles to find something I was pleased with. Furthermore, they remembered me on my second visit six months later and immediately showed me new pieces they had gotten in. If you’re looking for designer jeans or an unforgettable dress that has FABULOUS written all over it, you want to check out Blush! The only drawback to shopping here is that the mirrors are outside the dressing room door and the sizes are for tiny figures.

The clothes are great but the pushy staff is enough to make me never want to step foot in there again!!!
