I have been coming here for 2 years and will be ending my services with them. Yes, the employees are nice and I have had no issue with the dry cleaning services.
However, they absolutely destroyed a beautiful Alice + Olivia dress of mine (still had tags on) that I bought for an event that I unfortunately cannot wear anymore. It is completely sold out everywhere so I cannot even replace it. I always give them very distinct, clear instructions on where to hem the dress (to my fingertips) and I received the hemmed dress from them and it is at least 2 inches too short, which means it is more like a t-​shirt than a dress.
I do not understand how someone can be so reckless with this. They marked the dress when I was there. Quite frankly, it was an idiot-​proof job and they proved they are the most incompetent idiots out there. The dress is completely ruined and I will never get it back.
If you value your clothing at all and do not want to last minute scramble to find a replacement dress for a specific event, respect yourself and your time and go somewhere else. Someone who can’t hem a dress does not deserve to have any business in this industry and I am disgusted with myself for giving them such incredible business for the last two years.

I live in the building upstairs and always take my dry cleaning here. The gentleman who is always there is friendly and has my items ready earlier than what he quotes me. They do a Nice job and are efficient!

Terrible. Stay away.

i took my suit here while on business in NYC. they did such a good job. and even gave me the name of a great place to have lunch. so not only do they do great clothes cleaning they also have fantastic customer service! 5 stars

This is also know as «Nabi Cleaners.»
This is one of the cleaner, nicer dry cleaning places in the area. I find the service to be excellent if a little pricey. The people who work here are nice and they do a good job.
They also do wash & fold and tailoring.
