they share the space with a Dunkin Doughnuts, the Baskin Robbins seems like an after thought.
I will say the customer Service is good.

With a workplace birthday an ice cream cake was in order to celebrate. Whoa… one 9 inch round Devil’s food ice cream cake draws an utter dismay $ 38.99. The manner who assisted me further insinuated joking comments as $ 5.00 for a handful of forks and $ 5.00 for personalized writing on the cake. AIJA! For $ 38.99 cake of 9 inches, you’d think free personalization would be a courtesy and staff would throw in some forks. After much haggling yes, personalization is free as well as some forks. Why should a customer haggle for such mundane objects when spending over $ 40.00? It’s no Carvel cake for sure.
Entrance is a long dark slanted corridor. This space is shared with Dunkin Donuts that sits on Sixth Avenue/​14^th Street.
