Have been to her for two sessions thus far and I think she’s fantastic! Very sweet, almost like a friend, also professional and very knowledgeable about her field. She explains the process making you feel at ease and like you’ve definitely gone to the right place! Excited to see my results!

I have been seeing Barbara on and off for many years. I started with one area and keep moving on to new areas with excellent results. My daughter now sees her regularly as well. Barbara is the real deal — I’m not sure I would trust anyone else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and an expert in her field.

Barbara is fantastic! I had several sessions with her to remove unwanted hair. She is very professional and such a dear to talk to. I would book 1 hour sessions and she knew exactly how far to push me with the removal. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable if there are too many needles going into multiple follicles at one time. She knows how much to do and how to ease any discomfort.
The time flies and if you are a movie buff or into theatre she is a wealth of knowledge. Great lady! Haven’t been there in awhile but if you want truly PERMANENT removal, this is the way to go. The area I had treated was over 5 years ago and I have not had ANY regrowth. Laser hair removal is just not permanent. This is.

I have know Barbara Leibowitz for several years as a client and I can’t recommend her enough. She has been a font of information to me and as a result, I know more about her technique than any other electroylsist had ever explained about theirs. She is extremely professional and sensitive to her patients’. She answers all questions and concerns and understands that clients have anxieties about the process. She is always available either by telephone, email or text to respond to her clients.
She does a most thorough consultation, clearly and concisely explaining everything about the procedure and the treatments.
I have recommended her to friends and associates and they have thanked me for the introduction. Too many people today want instant fixes and don’t want to learn about procedures. Barbara takes the time to educate her clients and involves them in her methods.

All I can say about Barbara is, «Where has she been all my life?» I only wish I had gotten started with her earlier; I would have saved years of awkwardness, self-​consciousness, and hiding my face behind long hair. I saw permanent results from the get-​go with Barbara (as she explained to me from the start, results will vary depending on your own hair removal history and hair type).
From your first phone conversation with Barbara, you’ll notice that she is detail-​oriented. It’s this meticulousness that makes her a great electrologist… and she’s a former portrait artist to boot, so not only will she get every last hair, she’ll do it in such an order that you’re not left with awkward shadows from odd removal patterns. Barbara is the definition of expert!
Barbara works with a deft hand, and she manages her own business to keep her costs down… she passes those savings on to her clients. Her workspace has a homey feel — it’s not cold or technical. There are great articles and eye candy to enjoy on the rare occasion when you have to wait for a minute or two.
Barbara will sometimes have to handle business on the phone during your session, but it’s hands-​free, and she’ll never lose sight of the work she’s doing on you. This can work in your favor too — Barbara is very understanding when I have to take a conference call (with earbuds) while she’s working on me.
Barbara is so affable and just lovely! You can feel confident in her care, and even learn a thing or two from her while she works; she’s knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects. I’ve come to actually enjoy my sessions, thanks to Barbara’s warmth and encouragement! I highly recommend her.
