Bailey Cab

I’m aware that most cab services are crappy and work inefficiently. BUT DO NOT USE THIS ONE! They are thieves in every aspect. Every single time that I call a base I request a driver in which I could pay with card. I would love it if we had more green cabs around here but unfortunately most of them don’t like to work. I took a cab on a Saturday morning for a simple 7 $ ride and the idiot driver charged me $ 10 simply because it was «the base minimum» yet I have used this service before and I have been charged $ 8 every single time. I told him about this and his repeated answer was for me to call the base. It was 8am on a Saturday and I had absolutely no energy to argue and fight with him nor his dispatcher so I just paid, but I will never again use their sleezy services. I can’t tolerate a business that can’t function honestly. Learn proper business rules and treat all your customers equally

Unfortunately I have to say this cab company never has a cab. I have called this car service for reasons. I work for Toyota and to help my customers get around I call cabs on a frequent basis. This company has to be one of the worse ones I have ever encountered. To add insult to injury they are over priced when you finally do get one to come.

Cab 148 is a thief. I used this car service for two years almost every day in the morning and if I went out shopping to the supermearket or out. Now just a few weeks ago I went to the supermarket paid with my debit card all the cash I had on me was a new $ 100 dollar bill and two fives. I asked the cab driver (148) if he had changed he said no and asked if I needed to stop at a store I said no I have two fives. When he drop me off I thought I gave him two fives but I actually gave him the 100 and five I called the base and you would think they will try to help out as much as possible to a loyal customer because the dispatcher even to told me yes I know you call every morning. he said that I only gave him a five and two singles… LIE LIE LIE cause I was gave any cab driver ten dollars and when is a cab ride seven dollars… but the fact that the dispatcher or the base it self was trying to dismiss me and will not give me any information about the cab driver to make a formal complaint or do an investigation themselves.
I was loyal to them for two years they didnt have the best services and most of their cab drivers can not speak or understand english but i still tired to work with them. Well the lost one customer for not even trying to help out in the situation. And to the cab 148 krama is a bitch

Awful service. They overcharged me and the driver had a horrible attitude. I won’t take them anymore. That’s why they had just 2 stars. If you are giving a service and that’s the business, they must have a better attitude.

A dispatcher named «Claudia» needs to take her meds before coming to work. Very rude and condescending person, I’ll tell everyone in my building not to use that service.

These are the guys to call if you are going from or to the VA hospital in the area. They are super quick and the rates are affordable. My only wish is that they had some hint of their existence by the exit of the Marble Hill train station!

Without fail this taxi service always gives a 3 minute wait time yet will take over 10 minutes (and a follow up phone call) to arrive. Their drivers never seem to know how to get around and often two cars will show up and start arguing over who legitimately got the call. I only started using them after too many bad experiences with First Class Taxi, but now I will have to find a new taxi co.

Every time I call the dispatcher gives me a 3min wait time, they are always on point very reliable and courteous. The drivers are all nice and converse every time I’m in the car.
