What a terrible place! Both deceitful and rude. I bought a vase here, and realized after bringing it home that it wouldn’t work. I called to ask if I could bring it back for a refund, since I’d bought it just a few hours before. They said yes. So I went to the store the next day, lugging the heavy vase, and presented it to one of the employees. He said that I would be charged a restocking fee that amounted to $ 10. I said that I hadn’t been told that the day before, and the man just kept pointing to the sign that said No Returns. They also fell back on that old chestnut: «The system won’t let us give you a refund.» I explained repeatedly that I had spoken with someone the day before. I asked to see the man I’d spoken with, and they said he was not there, though I was sure I had just seen him. I left and came back, and there he was behind the counter, but he would not tell me his name. Anyway, after a half an hour, they relented and gave me the full refund. Apparently, humans *can* override a system. WON’T BE GOING BACK.

Beware of the this place.
i went into the store today to place a very large order for vases. I paid for the vases with my amex and was promised delivery later in the day.
The delivery never came — upon inquiry i was told that they were not going to deliver the vases without a certified check. This demand was after they had already charged my amex for thousands of dollars.
The matter is now in the hands of Amex’s fraud department.
Not an ethical business!

This is really meant to be a wholesale supply house. Bulk to these guys is cases of vases, not 3 vases. There is really a very full selection of floral and seasonal
supplies here — it’s a great resource if you know what you are doing — not as customer
friendly if you don’t. You can not park on this block. It’s the wholesale flower district
and it’s really not safe to stop even for a minute. Also I believe this store closes early
as does the whole block.

This place has great prices but be very wary of the ppl that work there. The low level workers are very skeevy with females. The higher level worker and managers are very dishonest and manipulative — doing anything they can to get a higher price. Example:
I bargained with them on some vases, and the manager (Chinese man) and I agreed on a price if I bought it in bulk. I didn’t buy it that day, and came back another day. He wouldn’t honor his committment. I know he doesnt have to, but he was entirely stubborn about it, knowing that he already got me. I was so mad that I said, fine, I’ll only buy 2 of the 3 I was going to buy. He then saw that I wasn’t kidding (and that maybe I wasn’t as desperate as he thought) and then compromised. But he put me through so much hell.
The owner (some spanish guy) is an even bigger prick about this stuff.
