I recently purchased a beautiful pair of earrings at Avianne and was so pleased with the service and price. After trying many other jewelry stores and not finding anything I liked I was so happy when I walked into Avianne and Mena helped me. She was very nice and knowledgeable, I found a beautiful setting and they changed the stones for me. My girlfriend loved the earrings. I highly recommend Avianne & CO and Mena the saleswoman and Boris the owner and his son for a great jewelry store shopping experience.

On a street full of jewelry stores with pushy men trying to lure you into their jewelry store, it’s nice to find a shop tucked in the middle of the madness that has nice, honest employees, who aren’t pressuring you to purchase their things. They don’t need to. They’re reputation stands alone and their jewelry is quality. Their prices are more than fair. If you don’t see what you need, ask them. They most likely have it– if they don’t, they’ll get it. If they can’t, they’ll make it. Their customer service is stellar. I appreciate family run businesses with a longstanding reputation in the community. So should you. So will you.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Needed a light rope chain, found one for a steal price online. Came in and they got it for me without a problem.

I saw an ad online for their jewelry. I called in and spoke to Kevin. I came to the store and he helped me a great deal. He showed me the exact earrings I had liked and made sure that I got a great price. he even offered to gift wrap them for me. I had a great time! The team in the store made me feel very much at home! I will 100% return around the holiday season!

DO NOT BUY! Scammers 100%! I challenge anyone to take any diamonds you have purchased from these fakes to a jeweler and see if the clarity matches up with their fake in-​house appraisals! You will be sure to find that you have been ripped off. All of their appraisals are garbage and not GIA or any certified company. they just print them out on their copy machine and fill in any info they want and sign them. Such a joke! do not buy from these scammers! Your Welcome!

It’s a long review but I want whoever searching to buy jewelry from this store take a little time to read this.
I have to make a Unilocal account to write a review about this store. I had ordered a diamond ring setting which looks so beautiful in the picture on their website around May last year hoping that I could have the perfect ring. The order confirmation was sent to me quickly and I got the FedEx package a few weeks after that. I was so excited to open it but it was a BIG disappointment of how bad of a quality the ring was and a few small diamonds were missing. My boyfriend contacted them about returning the ring. They said they could only do the exchange for a different one because the setting we ordered was custom made. Well, we agreed with that and emailed them another item #…
After a 6 months waiting without regularly contacting with us or answering our phone calls promptly, they sent us a totally ugly different setting that they might want to get rid off from their stock. Again Bad quality. The setting came without any sales receipt.
We called and emailed Kevin again to say that we are not satisfy with the product. And he NEVER return the call and reply to the email.
BAD reputation and now we have a useless setting and whenever I look at it, I still get angry.

I reached out to Avianne Jewelers expressing my discontent with their product soon after posting this review, and they responded promptly to my situation. The manager, Emma, reached out to me directly to express her concern. She was surprised herself at the quality of the ring that was sent back and offered to issue a full refund for the ring to reconcile the matter. I appreciate their strive towards customer satisfaction and have added two stars to my review as a result. I hope in the future, better quality controls will be implemented to insure their customers receive only the best. However, I commend them for resolving the issue so quickly and for their commitment to customer service.

This review is geared towards online orders:
I saw a ring online & fell in love, showed it to the BF for ideas for an xmas gift. I thought he’d take the pic & go someplace local for something similar but he ordered the ring online. Unfortunately the ring was sold out but they offered to make him an identical one & he agreed — if they could guarantee it would be exactly the same — which they did.
The ring IS pretty… but it does NOT look like the picture (see link below). In the photo the sapphires are BRIGHT blue, in reality — they’re almost black, & it’s NOT a size 7 that he ordered, it’s more like an 8 w/​the balls inside so it fits a 7 — it fits me, but looks big. I also noticed the original ring online — they show 2 DIFFERENT RINGS — there are 2 pics of a ring w/​pretty millgrain (that I loved!!) & a 3^rd picture with no millgrain. That’s questionable advertising b/​c they’re showing 2 different products & claiming it’s the same. I got the ring w/​no millgrain (boo). I didn’t complain b/​c he got me what I asked for — its the first piece of jewelry he’s given me & of course i love it. However, i suggest others learn from our mistake & don’t order jewelry online. Definitely go in & SEE what you’re buying.

Let’s just be honest. Didn’t ship when they said but then they made up for it by over nighting it. Then a diamond was missing. I’m returning for refund. Let’s hope that goes well.

Placed an order for a ring on 12÷11÷13, went online to check on ¹²⁄₁₇ and customer rep said order was cancelled! No notification of problem even after getting confirmation email of order. Not a good way to do business

I received a beautiful diamond multi-​heart «commitment» ring from my boyfriend over two years ago for about $ 1,000…it is stunning and I get more compliments from it than any other piece of jewelery I own including much more expensive pieces of jewelry… I wear it every day… Their pieces are very unique and well-​made which is why we will continue to buy from them.

Never EVER trust these people! They will rip you off and LIE! My husband ordered my wedding ring from here and within 2 months I had lost 3 diamonds. I took the ring into my dads jeweler and they basically laughed at the quality of my ring, the diamonds and the way it was put together. They also informed me that I had a huge crack in my center stone (it was sold to me with a huge crack in it) I was never completeley happy with my ring, when I first received it the first thing I thought was how poorly it was put together and how it looked cheap but I knew how much effort my husband put into getting me exactly what I wanted so I wore it with pride. In the end I ended up getting a brand new ring from my dads jewelers a new setting and new diamonds because the quality of the diamonds avianne put in my old ring were the absolute cheapest and worst quality diamond you could buy. PLEASE PLEASE never but from here you will be wasting your money and you WILL be ripped off.

I felt like a kid in a candy store! The staff is fantastic whether you’re spending hundreds, thousands or hundreds of thousands, they treat you just the same. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and their selections seem span over almost any budget. I was very pleased with my experience as I bought a diamond necklace for my mother for Christmas and it was better than I imagined. The diamonds are top notch. I was so pleased that I have a new jeweler, Yuri at Aviannes & Co. I urge you to check it out!
