I recently sold my Macbook Pro and iMac here. I needed to sell it for money and also to upgrade to the newest macbook pro for school.
I gave them the specs of my macbook and iMac and gave me a quote. I made an appointment and they inspected everything gave me an offer.
It was great! The other computer stores told me my macbook was worthless and priced at $ 0 and wanted me to recycle it. No freaking way.
Next time I need to sell something These guys is the place to go! I will go straight here vs carrying my products around the city. They give the best pricing and they are very professional.

This was one of the most demoralizing experiences I have ever had. The gentleman, and I use the word lightly, with whom I dealt, was rude, disrespectful and purposefully intimidating. We were not allowed to talk or ask questions. He made a cash offer and did not even examine the electronics we brought in. It was impossible to negotiate with him. He had the manners of a street thug. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless they bring a body guard with them.

Extremely friendly and courteous here and they give you top dollar for electronics. Even if they aren’t in great condition they will work with you. I would recommend bringing any of your unused electronics. They really know their stuff!
