AT&T

I felt obliged to post a review after leaving this store today.
I had such a positive experience today dealing with Gary. He was very knowledgable and knows some great loopholes to benefit his customers. I’ve dealt with him on more than one occasion and he is completely honest and will never make any false claims or promises to just make a sale.
I get great vibes from this store and am a very satisfied customer. This stores customer service is an asset to ATT. Thanks once again guys and shout out to Gary once again for really going above and beyond for me.
I highly recommend this store! You won’t regret shopping here.

Public Service Announcement: Never ever make any transaction with these retail store…
Went to buy a tempered glass iPhone6 protector for the price of $ 43 including tax… Went to another AT&T retail store and saw a cheaper one which is only $ 20. I went back the next day to RETURN it but they refused and said that their Store Policy is that All Sales are Final. I told them that it is unacceptable because it’s not written on the receipt they gave me which was like an ordinary transaction receipt.
So I filed a complaint with the DCA — Department of Consumer’s Affairs (Yes I wasted my time for that)… Weeks later they were really stern with their policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL and sent an «official receipt» to DCA, which is very very clever because I never got that official receipt where their store policies are written. They are only offering me for an EXCHANGE.
To sum it up, they wasted my time filing a complaint with the DCA by not showing their customer the proper transaction receipt. I went and exchanged the $ 43 tempered glass iphone 6 protector to a «MyCharge Portable Powerbank» (portable charger) which is worth $ 50 and they didn’t ask me anymore for the $ 10 difference… To my horror, I checked
online… the Energy Shot Pink is only $ 20!!! In short, every accessories in this store is OVERPRICED! I feel robbed! So, please don’t be a victim!

Honestly, I never felt compelled to write a review on my phone carrier. My review is not about AT&T itself, but by the wonderful customer service I experienced. I stepped inside to inquire about a new iPhone 6 after being told by the other nearby AT&T that I can get one in 4 weeks. Karim, the new manager, was a fantastic help and I felt like I was getting a great deal. 24 hrs later and I have my new phone. Very knowledgeable and down to earth staff. Thank you for helping me out.
