I have to disagree with the previous post. This is a big company so if you’re someone who wants to get invites done (for yourself), you will completely get lost in the shuffle. I’ve used them twice and both times, calls were not returned, they asked me for payment even though I had already paid upfront, and they didnt make my deadline.

There is no other company in the world — and I say this with confidence — that is as efficient, friendly, and speedy with their order processing and delivery. I’ve ordered from the company’s website,
, and I have yet to be disappointed.
Artscroll makes siddurim (prayer books), chumashim (the Torah), commentaries, books about how to live life as a Jew, inspirational texts, the works of the great rabbis and sages, kids books, Kosher lamps and more. Basically, if you’re looking for something related to observance or tradition or anything Jewish, Artscroll is the place to go.
So my most recent experience: Since they were having a sale (so Jewish of me) I went to the website to buy some things. I placed an order on a Sunday for two siddurs. About 20 minutes later I realized there was something else I’d wanted to get, so I sent an email asking if my order could be amended. First thing Monday morning I got an email back saying my order hadn’t shipped and they could add. So I gave them the items I wanted to add, and wam, in no time the order was shipped out — less than 24 hours after the INITIAL order! And then? I got the package in the mail at noon on Tuesday. That, folks, is less than 48 hours after purchasing. AMAZING.
Customer service: Amazing.
Prices: Amazing.
Shipping rates: Amazing.
Shipping times: Unbelievable.
