Really great prices and very friendly, no pressure service. I’ve been here for a large poster and a smaller picture and had great results both times. I came in from Brooklyn bc the frame shops over here were higher priced and a bit snobby.

Whilst walking Bleeker Street on a perfect Spring day with friends, we were drawn in to Artful Posters because of the window and sidewalk displays. Clean and well-​organized, this place is sure to have a print in the category you’re looking for. The help was attentive but not obtrusive. Space is limited so forget the stroller. As a matter of fact, you are sure to have a close encounter with a stranger either on the way in or out so if you’re claustrophobic, wait till the store is empty or sit this one out. If you like prints of all varieties you’ll love this place.

Extensive selection of pop culture posters that extend back decades ago. I found so many things in here that I wanted it was difficult to decide what to get on a limited budget.
The owner/​employee was knowledgeable too. I would cite a movie and he knew how many versions of the poster he had. Even the ones in foreign languages. The prices are good, and if you buy more than 1 item you may be able to haggle for a better price. I spent about 30 minutes in here, and it wasn’t long enough. I definitely need to return!

Vintage, cool posters that can pass as antiques.
This place has a lot of posters and postcards. You can find artwork from 20 – 30 years ago, from famous artists, from NYC attractions and views, and from many more! When I first walked into this place, I thought it was a bit small and cramped. But they definitely manage to keep everything organized and decorated.
I was looking for some posters to hang up in my apartment. Many of the posters range from $ 20 – 50 without frame. If you want to get your posters framed, they cost more. This place is a bit too pricey for me.
After browsing around for almost a whole hour, I bought some cool postcards. I sent them out to my family and friends back in California, and they loved it! The postcards were definitely not the usual tourist kinds.
I will definitely be back here if I have more money for those cool, vintage posters and to get some more non-​touristy postcards

This place has the standard racks and racks of posters like in a lot of other poster stores the main differences is that this is in the very beautiful Soho along the rows of shops and restaurants, they also have one of the largest selections of cards and post cards you’ll find anywhere in New York (not tourist NYC post cards but photos and art that you may not want to buy a poster of but want a mini version or to send to someone). They’re a little pricey with everything here but the selection is good. They also have a pretty website where you can look up a lot of their posters (although I think the website has cheaper prices so I’d go into the store and see if they can match their own prices). And like anywhere else, they’ll custom frame anything you want.
