Aqua Master Watch

Bought a watch direct from Aquamaster by calling their direct 800 number. While the price was a bit under their current MSRP, the price was in-​line with prices for their products from internet retailers. Received an obviously used watch that was completely filthy and damaged (the ceramic case was cracked over the watch crown). I cannot adequately describe how filthy this watch was with black dirt caked in all the recesses of the watch. When I contacted Aquamaster they denied that the watch was used (without checking). It’s strange that when I first ordered the watch they had to put me on hold to check to see if they even had any left, and then when I called to complain about the condition of the watch, without checking my order history they immediately said that the watch was brand new and came out of their inventory. Another thing that bothered me was the watch manual contains grammatical and spelling mistakes on every page.
Bottom line; I would not ever do business again with this company and I would strenuously recommend against anyone else doing so.

Nice watch store and repairs located in the diamond district. I have been procrastinating getting my watch battery changed because I didn’t know where to go, and found these guys. While they weren’t able to undo my too-​tightly sealed watch, they were really helpful and brought me to someone who was able to do it for me.
