Nice café specializing in gelato. They had a wide array of flavors and a line that snaked through the store. The line moved quickly. My wife had pistachio(by law) and I tried the hazelnut. Both of our portions were quite nutty. Like us!

The line here is outrageous even at 11 pm. !!! The sorbets are much better then the gelato. The amorino and dulce de leche were good but not amazing. I didn’t like the pistachio at all it lacked taste and wasn’t sweet at all. Theres a lot of hype about this place I guess because of the flower shape and macarons on the gelato. Its good and worth trying but not memorable in flavor. I think next time will go for sorbet the mango was outstanding! Enjoy

The gelato tasted so good but their service was careless. I ordered a small flower with a macaron on top. The girl who made the gelato forgot my macaron. When I reminded her she went to take a macaron but kinda crushed the side. This place replies on the look of their food. The flower she made did not look like a flower at all. The macaron should be at the center not on the top like it’s going to fall at any second. They need better training on both service and the flower making process.

I absolutely love this place. I haven’t had better gelato/sorbet in NYC yet. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but you get high quality gelato as naturally as possible with no artificial colors or flavorings. Most other places the gelato is watery or isn’t rich. Not here. Their gelato/sorbet is delicious and the abundance of flavors will have you thinking what you want to pick. You can pick as many flavors as you want and they will make a flower shape on your cone. The flavors are rich and intense, and well worth the money. So far I have not yet been disappointed with any of the flavors I’ve tried, whether it was gelato or sorbet.

Is it overpriced? Yes. Do you order it anyway so you can post your flower dessert treat on Instagram? Yes. For all my fellow vegans they have sorbet too. Just make sure to emphasize that you want the sorbet because some of the flavors are the same for the sorbets and gelatos.(For ex: the pistachio flavor). They let you try samples and you can get as many diff flavors as you want. You pay before ordering but the line to pay and order is super confusing and can be a bit of a clusterfuck. I recommend as a one time treat just to try. Probably would not return.

Great gelato! The macaron filled with gelato is creative but not very well made. Like the lime basil flavor, very fresh for summer

if you want a flower cone, it really depends on if the person is a newbie or not… I went two days in a row and got different experience. lemon and grapefruit are really refreshing, good to pair with something sweet, nothing is overly sweet here imo. sweet milk and yogurt are my safe choices if you order a cone just take a pic and eat inside… it’s way to hot to walk around with it now. overall, if you have nothing to do and wanna kill some time waiting in line and it’s hot so you want a cool bite, this is a good place

First time having real gelato and it was totally amazing! There’s a massive selection of flavors and its unlimited flavors regardless of size! Super worth it! The lime basil was unexpectedly yummy! It was tart/refreshing and balances the sweetness of other flavors. The amaria too sweet, and the strawberry and mango were my two favorites. The only thing that was off with this whole experience was that the guy who took my order said he «messed it up, but whatever» so that just left me thinking«why didn’t you just redo it then?» Definitely a 5 star place, but the worker killed some of my expections. You can bet that I’ll be back though!

Tried the mango sorbet which was pretty good. I like how they make them into flower shapes which are really pretty and unique. I wouldn’t say it was the best mango sorbet I have ever had, but it was of good quality and I would try Amorino again just for the flower shaped gelato. And because I am a sucker for good gelato.
The way Amorino’s serves gelato is truly an art. Choose your cone size, pick your favorite flavors, and watch as the server shapes them into petals and combines them into the shape of a rose. The texture of the gelato is soft, and its flavors rich and intense without being overwhelming. If you’re in an intimate relationship, your lover will appreciate you for getting him/her this! Although it’s a little on the pricey side, but you won’t regret having dropped money on a beautiful, edible artisanal flower. :) P. S.: Be careful during the summer! The gelato melts fast, but is still tasty nonetheless.

The small affogato, espresso over stracciatella(w. chocolate strips & chunks) transported me… and I needed it! Beautifully served in a glass, on a saucer, with spoon and cookie… aaah. Marred only by an extremely unhappy child, who came in screaming at the top of his lungs, just as my little glass of heaven was brought to the table. Oh, well, can’t have EVERYthing! Yummy and satisfying.

Don’t let the line deter you. The service is excellent and the line moves quick. Cute cozy gelato shop with indoor seating and an outdoor bench. There are plenty of flavors to try but hazelnut, mango and stracciatella are my all time favorites! The gelato is delicious! Smooth. rich. fresh. AND no artificial flavoring. What more can you ask for?! The pretty flower presentation is a plus but the taste speaks for itself.

Came here to show my friend what the best gelato tastes like! I had my first experience with Amorino in LA! I love love love all their flavors especially their fruit flavors. The flavors taste all natural and not artificial at all. All of my friends really enjoyed it too :)

$ 11 dollars for a definitely overrated gelato. I got to try many Flavors including the tiramisu, mango, coconut, hazelnut, vanilla and lemon but honestly, I felt that non of them were worth the price. I didn’t like the consistency nor the flavor of the gelato. The guy who attempted to make my gelato’ rose was without doubt a new worker and I certainly get how hard is it to be new at a job and get nervous and anxious for having to ask questions to you co-workers all the time but he was not only inexperienced but also rude! This place defrauded me. :(

The New Jamba Juice has been opened in Port Authority Bus Terminal! Spacious, nice and clean with many employees. And also, fruits seem soooo fresh. I was waiting in a long line and they offered me two gifts coupons for free smoothies.

I absolutely love this place! They have three cone sizes. Small, medium & large. I got the large to share with my fiancé. With the large we got to choose any flavor, but we end up choosing 5 flavors. Together we chose strawberry, Mango, dulce de leche, banana and I forgot the name of the last one. They were all delicious. Beside the amazing flavor what distinguish this gelato place from others is that they make their gelato is in shape of a flower!!! I would totally recommend this place!!!

Amorino is a good place to go for gelato, though not my favorite spot(I prefer iil laboratorio del gelato’s more casual vibe). The yogurt and speculoos flavors here are wonderful– decadent without being too overwhelming. This place is a bit pricey($ 5.50 for the smallest size cup or cone of gelato), but the fact that you can get as many flavors as you want makes up for that. I like that the bathrooms are tidy, and I enjoy sitting on the seats near the pseudo-fireplace. I like Amorino, but there are other spots I can go to that I like more.

I just can’t stress how much I love Amorino. Their CREATIVE and DELICIOUS gelatos/sorbet really have me coming back. Freely choose as much flavors as you want on your cone, the staffs spends time shaping the gelato into a rose. Get a cup in the side if you are a slow eater if not it will start dripping quickly. Don’t be upset if it doesn’t look good, at least they tried! If not get a cup and ask for a mini cone in the side as a complementary. If you love melons, YOUMUSTTRYTHEMELON flavor, it’s so good just like the actual cantaloupe. For someone like me who normally don’t like cantaloupe considered spending $ 30 on get a box of melon gelatos other than the fact that it’s going to melt by the time I get back to Brooklyn. You can ask the staffs to try the flavor out before adding it to your cone. BEWARE the passion fruit is REALLY sour. The other fruit flavors like strawberry, mango are also good. If you like macaroons try their gelato macaroons, it is fresh and creamy. They also have many different types flavored hot chocolate which is pretty interesting. They also have crepes and other sweet goods, be prepared for sweet tooth. Overall Amorino is expensive but totally worth it. The staffs are pretty nice and patience, I would come back whenever I have a chance!

68 degree weather in December? We had to get some ice cream. In search for something that looks and tastes just as good, we gave Amorino a visit. We previously came here before years back and ordered a cup of gelato. This time we were going with the rose petal gelato cone. The gelato artisans know what they’re doing! You’re allowed to get unlimited flavors so don’t be shy to build your own masterpiece. It is quite hard to secure a seat on the weekend. The line moves slowly but it’s worth it. The hazelnut and pistachio were my favorites. The hazelnut reminded me of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and the pistachio was just amazing. The gelato melts fairly quickly so don’t spend too much time snapping photos.

All the flavors I want for the same price. I only came here because my cousin told me about their gelato macarons. They were OK. I don’t love sweets. But I do love ice cream, and by extension gelato. Amorino makes a very pretty gelato flower if you order a cone. And you can have as many flavors as you wish!(They’ll come out the same size, you’ll just get less of each flavor) I was overwhelmed by the number of choices so I ordered a large and literally told them to make me the prettiest looking flower and I told them the few flavors I did not like. She made a flower with 8 flavors and she chose ones that would mix well, so it was delicious. For you non-dairy eaters, they have lots of sorbets, which they also make into flowers.

This place is my dream destination — when I was in Paris I almost missed it, but luckily not. The rose petal shaped gelato has become legendary in my mindset for some specific reasons, always related to some kind of nostalgia of Europe. Ain’t for no reason, it’s where my love for gelato started. And this time I picked a medium-cone flower. Pistachio, Amarena, coconut, Speculoos, mango, and raspberry. I love watching how they made it — this enjoyable work of art — if it were me then I would definitely make a mess of hell. But they always did it perfectly. Loved it. I also ordered a macchiato, totaled up to $ 24, tax included. Expensive but totally worth it. Would come back frequently if I had time, pocket money and enough sentimentalism to spare at this place. Lovely.
