My girlfriend got really sick and started showing some really alarming symptoms so…
I turned to Unilocal to find an Urgent Care clinic and was disappointed by the lack of listings and reviews. Since this was an urgent situation, I began to get nervous about finding a good clinic that wouldn’t have you waiting for hours on end for help. So I called Alexander and got a voicemail… I didn’t bother to leave a message as I was in too much of a rush to find help.
I eventually found Duane Reade has medical walk-​in help and it had decent reviews so I rushed out the door on my way to Duane Reade. Halfway to Duane Reade I get a call from Alexander apologizing for not being near his phone due to being with a patient. I explained to him the situation and he told me that he would see my girlfriend as soon as we walked in and that is exactly what he did.
We walked into a small waiting area with a few people waiting on other Doctor’s and was immediately asked to fill out a form. We filled out the form and 2 minutes after Alexander brought my girlfriend in and quickly diagnosed her, gave her advice, and sent us out the door with medication in hand.
Outstanding service from an outstanding Doctor. We were very lucky that he called us back but we found out that Alexander also runs the medical clinic at the Duane Reade location as well! I highly recommend coming here if you are in need or urgent help.
