This multimedia sensory experience was disturbing but a uniquely singular shadow puppet-​projector filled nightmare the likes of which I have never experienced. The only reason I am subtracting one star is because the subject matter left me unnerved but the execution of what I saw was technically masterful and involved a blending of media that I would never have imagined. This was essentially a shadow puppet, projector-​based, delusion that caused me to experience many emotions, but those primarily of the negative variety. For the majority of the one hour show, I genuinely felt as If I was in an absinthe-​induced hallucination but despite watching several women play twin septuagenarians via shadows and projectors, the special effects and various media, instruments and sounds used to convey a whole other world was something I cannot do justice to in this review. It was a confusing feeling to both respect the skill that went into the endeavor but also want to cry from fear and confusion. This show has been extended through July 26^th and while I respect the thought and creativity behind the project, I would not return to see it as it is too confusingly depressing.
