Machines are old. I put my clothes to dry on dryer F for 40 mins and when I got back my clothes were still wet

This place is great! They pick up my laundry and drop it off within one day. I think that the prices have gone up slightly in the past year — but they are super friendly and always on time! Great local neighborhood spot!

Very very very disgusting attitudes does not understand english very well. lack of communication skills with the customers. very nasty when i asked the cashier a question he wasnt nice .very mean mexican person if there not happy why not leave. dont take It out on the customers. Imean for real. Guys.

The worst customer service experience ever. The worker’s at this store location are very intimidating not professional when it comes to communicating with customers lack people skills i ask one of the Mexican workers at the register what was the price for a small box of detergent he like snapped and said what! What!. And this isn’t the first time this happened i paid it no mind the first time but i must let it be known this time around i would never go back there again theres to many laundromats in the area. You suck

I called the place to ask about their pricing. The person who picked up the phone could not understand me and hung up on me. Not great customer service.

This is a convenient, clean place in Kips Bay to do your laundry.
If you do the laundry yourself here then it is a good value, but the dryers don’t really dry very well. Be prepared to put more money in than you thought for the dryers.
If you drop your laundry off, this place is fantastic. The staff is always very nice, and prompt. If you bring in your clothes in the morning, they will have them done by the end of the day.
Having the staff do your laundry costs about the same if not less than you doing it yourself. As a bonus it all gets folded very neatly for you. All for $ 1 per pound plus a $ 2 service charge, so 15 lbs would cost $ 17.
The staff friendliness, and speed of the work makes it worth every penny.

When I load my clothes the guy told me that it will take up to 30 min to wash my clothes. Ok… I was waiting almost 1,5hr… And Mashine is still rounding my stuff… WTF??? I asked him again… He was looked at me surprised…
Later he figure out that Mashine was broken… Thank’s God nothing is happened with my clothes) but be aware if Mashine take too long to wash your clothes in this laundry!!!

Wow. Open ²⁴⁄₇ and they have just about everything. If you’re in a bind and need some last minute supplies, this place is perfect.

Come here if you want to listen to reggaeton while you wait for your laundry to finish. The guys who work here are super nice. Costs are reasonable. Machines are pretty clean, although as Anthony V stated, the place feels a little cluttered with all the stuff on top of the machines. If you’re going to use a laundromat, might as well go here.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years. Guys are nice, and give you change for the machines when you need it.
single load– $ 2.50
double load– $ 4.50
dryers– $ 0.25 for 8 minutes
Cleanliness: I’ve never had a problem, although the tops of the machines can be a bit cluttered.
They also have laundry service that I have never used, but every time I do my own laundry, I see people pick up so I guess its pretty good.

Sweet and accommodating staff. Conveinent hours… Don’t forget to tip!

Terrible! Very dirty machines! They break down all the time. I have numerous things damaged here. No one speaks any english. Beware!

It’s my local. I’ve just got to give props to my local laundromat.
What makes this place great is that it’s hardly ever busy, they guys who run the place are friendly, and there is always latin music playing. Hey, anything that makes laundry time more fun is good for me!
Oh yeah– and there’s a Starbucks about 20 feet away in case you get bored.
