I’ve been here a few times; never had a problem. I asked for some items; and they got the items down off the shelf for me and sold them to me. Maybe I was oblivious to the bad service reported by the other reviewers; on the other hand I didn’t exactly need my hand held during this transaction. Nor did I expect it. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted; and was able to identify my product visually all by myself and ask for it without struggle. When it comes to just walking in, making a purchase, and walking out these guys are not deficient. What kind of customer service were you asking for?
