Like other people have said, Charmaine is really professional. I hired her to do a deep clean of my 1BR because I have asthma and can’t be around most cleaning products. She assessed my needs ahead of time and gave me an upfront estimate. She uses only non-​toxic products and is very thorough which really brings me peace of mind. The place smells WONDERFUL now!

I was on a tight schedule to get an apartment cleaned before moving in and Charmaine was a huge help! She took the time to really understand what needed to be done, was able to fit me in the next day, worked with me to tailor the job to meet my budget, and did great work! Almost everything I asked for was done to perfection and she reached out to warn me of some mold that she came across in the course of her work. Thanks again!!!

A+ Totally Clean provides incredible cleaning services. Their pro cleaning staff are detailed and careful with dusting (we have a lot of nicknacks!). They consistently do a thorough job and remember to get every corner of our apartment. We save a lot of time during the week because of their services. We love coming home to our spotless apartment! We highly recommend them!

My MIL hired A+ to clean our apartment while I was on bedrest and couldn’t do it. They scrubbed, vacuumed, mopped and made our apartment sparkle! No surface was ignored and even the inside of the microwave is gleaming!

My BIGGEST pet peeve is a crud and crumb-​infested toaster oven, with all the nooks and crannies to scrub out. Yuk. Thankfully A+ handles this for us bi-​weekly, along with the fridge and every other crevice of our busy kitchen. They’re a reasonably priced company, usually prompt and have been keeping us pristine and crumb free for about 6 years now. I cannot imagine the kitchen without them. :-O
