I’ve had multiple machines repaired and/​or serviced here, from vacuums, to sergers to sewing machines. They always do the work quickly and thoroughly. I have found them to be accommodating and quite knowledgeable and feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.

They did an EXCELLENT job at tuning up and fixing a small problem with a barely used serger that was tucked away in a closet for 15 years. I took off a star because they are not the friendliest and I would have loved to speak to the repair guy about my serger (for the price I paid to get it tuned up and fixed it would have been nice to get some tips from him). The price was steep but when I use my serger now and it runs like a brand new model I forgive them.

Just got off the phone with the most rude and arrogant store owner I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with. Taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend others do the same.

The unpleasant man working there could not be bothered to attempt to locate a power cord for my machine without me having it with me. I knew the model number and could identify onsite the part i required. Having returned with the machine, he handed my the cord and pedal combination and wanted 55.00 $ I would have rented it as I’ve come to the city to do some sewing and left mine behind, which I made very clear. Furthermore, I would expect a shop that services vacuums to use one on occasion. I got the distinct impression that I was regarded as a nuisance and the outrageous price a result. I left it behind.
