Super fantastic — little «hole in the wall» place in NYC.
Great food — nice selection of sandwiches, pastries, breakfast items, and even drinks. Coffee was great and only $ 2.50 for a medium.
Got breakfast for two people and it was only $ 16.00 — not a bad deal, considering some places in NYC it costs that much for toast.
Not a lot of seating and a little noisy, but overall it was great!

Came here the Sunday after Christmas to get a slice of cake. Ordered one slice of chocolate fondant cake. Price came out to 8.50+. Asked the cashier if that was really the price. His response? «How many slices did you order? Then that is the price.» Rude staffing and way overpriced. Don’t go!!!
Staffing — if you’re going to be in the country and work in a facility that requires you to interact with customers, I highly recommend you to LEARN and TREAT people with respect. We may all not eat the same cake but we all do crap the same.

Over priced, I bought 2 desserts and grand slam breakfast and my bill came out $ 32 dollars. Customer service also sucks. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Top Italian panini at 1:15am — a bit pricey, even for the city, but, well, it’s Times Square… Def yum sandwiches and loads of choices. Staff very friendly even at that time of day.

I don’t know what I was thinking. I should’ve read the Unilocal reviews before ordering from here. But, since they were one of the few places open when I was looking on Seamless, I had to pay the price and learn the hard way.
The bacon cheeseburger served «medium» is basically inedible and a lump of beef cooked beyond recognition. The fries, which come at an additional charge, are cold and hard. Worse than what you would find at McDonald’s.
Avoid this place. You’re better off going hungry.

Very rude and unprofessional. Sunday i placed an order for breakfast through the Seamless app and what i got in return was the worst customer service experience ever in my life. I use the Seamless app numerous times throughout my week and i had never herd a Manager speak to me the way this man did. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 11:20am — 11:30am and it was 12 noon i hadn’t recieved my order yet, so i call the deli to find out where my food is and the man who answers my call starts yelling at me «WHAT’S YOUR NAME» i told him why are you yelling at me? Then i asked where my food was and because it was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago. He starts cursing at me saying «i dont give a fuck about what the app says». It took every ounce of me not stoop to his level, so i asked for the manager and he said «i am the
Manager», i told him i didnt believe you’re the manager because no manager would ever speak this way to anyone. I hope whoever owns this establishment seriously considers hiring new employees. Thank god seamless was so nice and canceled my order and refunded my money, i guess these people don’t know how to speak with normal human beings.

Great lil deli next to such a tourist attraction good and tasteful wraps, delicious coffee, great choices of cheesecake and lots of pastries, fresh orange juice, vary clean, the ppl who work there are very friendly i made a mistake once and the fixed it with no problems

I just received a delivery from here — a turkey burger & onion rings. I was appalled & disgusted at what I saw. I ordered from here because of their great reviews on Seamless. I have no idea how they received those.
Only the onion rings were edible. I’ll let my photos do the talking. Obviously the «turkey pattie» was not fresh & preformed– not even identifiable, & had odd knife slices through it. The pickle is rotting & appears to have a bite taken out of it. Also, I ordered a $ 4.00 bottle of Figi water, only to receive a different, cheaper brand for the same price. I have never ordered from here before, & gave their delivery guy a great tip — otherwise I’d swear someone there was playing a joke on me. I’ll be calling & demanding a refund.
Stay away from this place!

I’ve ordered from them multiple times, for delivery and pick up, breakfast, and dinner. Nice workers, ample portions for the price (in this area), really fresh and awesome salads, open and clean space. Never seems like they rush people out who are eating, or just studying.

810 café: man laughs and looks at other man. «Ok you just called right? We need more than two minutes»

That’s exactly how it went down. My husband wanted fries. The street car by the hotel advertised fries but then when we went to get them, they were out. We almost gave up. We realized there was A café Across from the Sheraton. So I called them. The rest is As you see above
This place is a deli, bakery, all you can hope for.
We bought fries once and then another time bought milk for cookies.
They fulfilled our needs and wants. They deserve at least four stars for that.

Is this review a limited perspective of this business: uhh yes but that’s why you should read more than one review!!!

Blueberry cheesecake was great. Jerk who was slipping the floor with a mop slammed chairs into me twice and couldn’t even apologize. Never again will I go there. You an find cheesecake anywhere here.

8 hours after eating here, my husband and I both have food poisoning. Does not make for a romantic honeymoon.

I’ve eaten here tons and tons of times, but I’ve never stepped foot in this place, so I might not be able to attest to the service inside the store.
However, this place has been my goto for delivery the last several months. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and well made. From burgers, to gyros, to paninis, to salads, everything I’ve had I’ve liked.
They also deliver iced tea, coffee, and everything else I need for a hungover Sunday. It’s all packed very well, and delivered promptly.

BEST CHEESECAKE YOU CAN EAT!
A little pricey, but worth it.
Friendly people and it is just a nice little café to come visit.

Service is terrible. The guy charged us 4.50 for a big bottle of Poland Spring. When I asked him how comes water is so expensive and doesn’t have a price tag he said we can go and drink water from Hudson River, cause it’s cheaper. Also he mentioned that in Bronx it should be cheaper and we can go and buy it there.
Come on, don’t be a hater if you are not happy with your life and don’t give me your bad attitude if you are having a bad day.
I just feel sorry for you, gentleman. Because, clearly, happy people do not talk this way.

I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch, and in late afternoon for early dinner. This place is consistently fast, reasonable prices, good food, & great service. Immediately across the street from the Sheraton Times Square.

Had a coffee and a muffin here waiting for a friend. I enjoy places that put cream and sugar in the coffee for you. It’s a nice touch for some reason. The muffin was a little stale though. Service was polite and if you’re from out of town and want to hear some good New York accents there are some pretty dope ones working in here.
I was also lucky enough to see a movie like envelope exchange between two mysterious characters. Not sure if this was a regular occurrence but if you’re into that kind of stuff check it out. It certainly made up for my stale muffin.

This is an as-​I-​eat-​review. It’s just that good!
First, the Unilocal rating does not at all match the seamless 5 star. I am not sure what the issue is — but as far as delivery, it’s great. Maybe the issue it’s not as traditional as a deli. but who cares? It’s delicious.
I am eating the spicy shrimp salad. It’s so good, and so fresh, and has so much flavor from the herbs and oranges I do not even need the dressing.
Bonus– since we ordered so much they sent a platter of cookies. Such a nice touch!
OK, back to eating this yummy meal. Well done, 810. Well done.

It’s pricey but then again, it’s in midtown on 7^th Avenue so that’s not unexpected.
Sometimes it takes forever just to buy an overpriced drink.
The staff is generally friendly and I do like their cookies, but a cookie and a can of soda is almost $ 5. That’s too much. Add the slow service and it comes up to two stars.
