7Eleven

This place is a disgrace! First of all, there were only two employees that did any work at this location and lately even those two are beyond lazy. I use to go often but I won’t bother anymore. They don’t stock shit. Their employees are just there to hang out and often even have their friends at the store («customers») talking to them for hours.
So besides nothing ever being stocked… for example there hasn’t been a Snapple beverage stocked in over 2 weeks. The employees don’t clean anything. The store is filthy. At night the employees think they are having a party and blast music like they are at a club. Essentially this franchise location is being robbed every day by its employees. Yea maybe they are not physically taking money from the register but they are coming to work and not doing a fucking thing and stealing a pay check.
I saw a manager twice. Things got better in a way… they stopped blasting music for a few weeks. Store is still filthy and is a bad representation of 7 – 11. I won’t bother with this store any more.
If you were to ask them why things are the way they are (employees) they will tell you they work really hard. Disgusting, lazy, unmotivated. Never going to this or any other 7 – 11’s again. Bad representation of your company. Clean house and fire everyone cause they are robbing you!

This has to be the worst 7Eleven in the country. This store just opened and the store is filthy. I want to know how do you run out of coffee that is what they are known for, how do you run out of half and half unbelievable. The employees are on the phone on personal calls when the line is long. I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN

Every time I stop by this 7-​Eleven seeking a quick cup of morning coffee before I jump in the subway I leave annoyed. Generally I find all carafes of dark and medium roast coffees, including the Brazilian and Columbian blends to be empty, with nothing on and brewing. All the Half and Half is frozen or missing. There are no coffee lids.
This morning took the cake. At 9am, with practically no customers in the store, all 8 carafes of coffee were empty and turned backwards. There was nothing brewing, and neither of the two store clerks behind the counter noticed or cared about it.
Ridiculously poor morning coffee service aside, this location is really nothing to write home about. Its a relatively small store, t-​shaped. Most of the snacks and beverages are in the back, and you have to squeeze past the checkout line, which is practically in the front entrance, in order to access them.
The clerks love to socialize with customers, which is fine except when it slows the checkout line to a crawl. This site has the bare minimum hot good offerings and a sparse pastry case too.

It was so crowded today! It was like someone let their bad ass kids loose in the store today. The machines were sticky and had slurpee goop all over them. The floors were also flithy. I wanted to try the doritos 2 for $ 1 hot snacks but there werent any. Also the taquitos looked dry as hell. I guess some of the mess goes to show that their really busy. They should slso start asking people if they downloaded the App because i forget to get my barcode scanned sometimes. Other than that i’ll continue to get slurpees from them.
