Got the falafel platter as delivery. Food was cold and bland, and I felt nauseous immediately after eating. Felt sick for a day and half. I do not recommend this place.

My lunch was scheduled to arrive at 11:30am. I was then told they would be slightly be delayed. It is now 1:15pm. No lunch yet. Miserable service.

Ordered lunch on seamless. Given the description and $ amount, I expected it to be a gourmet salad. However, it was disappointing. It was missing my fav ingredient — avocado and the salad dressing provided on side was disproportionate to the salad size especially since in absence of avocado, it was an extremely dry salad. Also, the salad description mentioned goat cheese, and my salad came with cheddar cheese. Very disappointing for $ 17 and no piece of bread either :(

Similar issues as below. Pay over $ 20 for a small lunch plate with meager portions(shouldn’t be more than $ 12.) Delivery was supposed to take 15 – 30 minutes, took an hour and a half. When I called, she said the food left the restaurant 20 minutes after it was ordered, so they don’t have a handle on their delivery guys– I received it cold, over an hour after being cooked. No apologies when I called and a bad attitude despite my efforts to still be pleasant. Deplorable service.

I got lunch delivered and could not believe what I got for $ 20(including tax and tip). I got the spicy chicken meatball plate, which starts at $ 12. Usually when you see a plate, dressing and a couple of sides are included, but no, if I had not paid extra for a grain, a vegetable and a sauce, all I would have received was a couple of meatballs. Additionally, both the quinoa and«caramelized» cauliflower were completely unflavored and the cauliflower was under cooked. As a result, everything was just dry and bland. The sauce I had to pay extra for was not enough — the cup it came in was only half filled. There are just too many options around that serve $ 12 plates that include grains, vegetables and dressing for this place to exist. Congrats on receiving my first one star review.

I liked the food. But why am I giving it a one-star? Multiple reasons. First, the ordering process was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. I made an 8-person order online, and not only did my request fail to go through for an hour after submission, but I had to call, wait, and essentially be on the phone from the moment I pressed the submit button to shortly before delivery to clear things with the restaurant. Okay, maybe it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault but the online ordering that screwed up. But Second, the food was delivered improperly. Four people ordered soup, and during the delivery process, the soup container got squished and essentially spilled EVERYWHERE. So we paid $ 5 for the mess… no soup for us! Speaking of the price, I got the Salmon Platter with toasted farro, Brussels sprouts, and root vegetables. The food was delicious, but ~$ 20 including taxes and tips?! Are you serious? The food was definitely not worth that much! Also the vegetables on the side was super greasy… I question the«healthy» aspect of this place. AVOIDIFYOUCAN!

I have ordered from 7 Green & Grain before and liked my food. This current order consisted of Salmon with Mushrooms that totaled over $ 17 with the tax… please see picture. Kind of outrageous but the food was delicious.

When my order came I thought it was a bad joke. For what they charge, you get the absolute minimum they give. Not only that, but this was easily one of the greasiest«healthy» meals I’ve ever seen. NEVER. AGAIN.

The food itself is ok, but there’s a few things that really stopped them from getting more stars from me. First off, they changed their menu, it used to be cheaper and came with a soda and pita chips, which altogether isn’t such big deal, but they really have to change their advertising! I started eating here because they advertise that the have wild salmon, and grass fed beef on their sign, WTF man? where’s the grass fed beef at? they always have the same stuff: the chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs, grilled chicken and Chitpotle chicken, at first i thought this might be a seasonal thing but that’s not it either. So they don’t have a seasonal menu, they don’t have grass fed meat, and the fact that the price raise puts them right into Digg Inn Territory(right across the street), I don’t see the reason why you should eat here over Digg Inn.

I used to get the plate 3 times a week which came with a combination of 2 veggies, 2 grains, 1 protein and a dressing. Plus it also came with water(or iced tea) and chips and hummus. This used to cost $ 8.66 Today this all changed. Not you literally get half the veggies and grains, same amount of protein and dressing but with no drink, chips and hummus. Now costs $ 9.80. To summarize — 13% increase in price for this option and that now has significantly less food and drink. To conclude — Absurdity

I used to go here all the time but I just came in today and they changed their pricing. It costs a $ 1 more and you don’t get a drink and hummus/chips. Also I got one veggie instead of 2 and they put less meat. Now you get half the food for more money.

I was happy to see this place pop-up. They are nice and the food is «healthy», but they really need to get it together. They keep changing the pricing model and what you get with it. It used to be $ 6.95+tax for a chicken wrap, which included a drink and some hummus & chips. As of today, the same wrap cost me $ 8.00+tax and did not include the drink, hummus & chips. So now I pay over $ 1.00 more for way less!?! No thanks. I can go to Gourmet 53/Cowgirl right next door and pay the same amount for a wrap, which includes a cookie, pita chips and a drink! Sorry, but I will likely not go back there again…

I love this place. I wanted something healthy for dinner and saw this place on menu pages. I have them a call and they were extremely helpful and nice. I ordered the salmon salad, chicken meatballs and turkey meatballs. Saving some for Lunch tomorrow. It was a great meal ! They even have me a free brownie. This is my new go to place !! Thank you

Randomly strolled into this place after Unilocaling some quick good lunch spots near my new job. 7 Green & Grain caught my eye with its’ similar to Dig Inn style of food + it’s healthy options. Pricewise, it’s not the most wallet friendly but as others have alluded to, the portions are substantial! I went with the quinoa/farro base, topped with turkey meatballs(looked gross, tasted good!), and sides of mushrooms(DELISHHH) and caramelized cauliflower. The meal also came with hummus and amazing chips! Total hovered around $ 10 — a small price to pay for a satisfying and good for the body meal.

A lot of folks have given this place slack. But I liked what I received. If the price tag weren’t so steep for meal plus tip, I’d probably give them a 4-star review. The food is plentiful, fresh, clean-tasting, yet still hearty. The shrimp wrap I ordered was stuffed full of goodies, and resembled a huge Chipotle-style burrito more than a wrap. The flavors worked well together. Everything balanced nicely. And, if I have the money for a splurge lunch, or am in their area, I’ll consider them in the future.

Ordered lunch twice via Seamless. Got the lunch special: Brown rice, turkey meatballs, squash and pickled tomatoes. A fair amount of food(I could have made two meals of it) for a good price. Could have used more tomatoes, but there you go. The container they use is Earth Friendly, but could barely support the weight of the food. The Veggie Chili is excellent. I prefer a chili that doesn’t use fake meat; the beans and flavors are enough! The delivery was prompt and the food was hot.

Ordered delivery from here through the other day. The lunch special is great — you get a protein(meat or meatless meat — I ordered chicken), a grain(I ordered bulgur wheat), and 2 vegetable sides(I ordered the corn/edamame, and the ratatouille). Everything was delicious, healthy, and delivered quickly. No complaints. Plus, they give you a good size portion for the price. There aren’t a lot of healthy options in Midtown besides Dig Inn, so this is a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Wow, so delish and healthful! This is my new fave lunch order spot. They have suitable options for vegans, vegetarians or conscious meat eaters. Whole grains. Whole foods. Good for your body. Good for your palate. And are these prior reviewers for real? The portions are too big?! I always find it so hard to be full on a vegetarian diet, but this place does the trick. And what’s so bad about saving leftovers for later? These Unilocalers need their head examined.

this is a new and slowly evolving business, advocating on health food. Family cooking style, you’ve got the grains and greens to choose from. It’s very similar to Dig Inn actually. But portion size is way too big — they are trying very hard to over-sell. As long as the quality is good, I would still support them though. Looking forward to seeing more items on their menu.

I just recently discovered this place on and I am so happy that UES has a healthy restaurant addition! I ordered the Lean Turkey Meatball Dinner that came with a choice of One Grain Base, One Tasty Texture, One Side Vegetable and One Home-Made Healthy Dressing(Great combo and perfectly balanced!) Food: Turkey Meatballs: Very flavorful! Does not come in sauce, but doesn’t need it. For the sides I choose whole wheat couscous, vegetable ratatouille(delish!), and steamed kale and mustard greens. I also had the chickpea croquettes which were very tasty but a little on the dry side… but the dip that comes with it made up for it. The portions were HUGE! I couldn’t even finish the plate. And everything tasted fresh and healthy, I am so excited to try new things!!! Delivery was super fast as well :) It seems this place just opened and they do not have a website up and running yet… but with such a great selection of healthy foods, I am sure this place will be booming with business!
