Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Plenty of time for the company to organize and plan the meeting. However, they were no shows on the day of the appointment. We had a time set for 1pm. I was super busy today, but still busted my butt to get to the appointment on time. Unfortunately, they did not extend the same courtesy to me. I was there promptly at 1pm. When it was clear they were running late, I called up but got a busy signal. I tried 4 more times up until 130pm and still could not get someone in their office. I also fired off 2 emails. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes for someone to show, I took off. About 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I got an email saying the technician was en route. I find this to be unacceptable. If you make an appointment for 1pm; stick to it and be prompt OR contact your customer to let them know whats going on. They just left me hanging around like an idiot. I really don’t appreciate having my time wasted and being treated like an afterthought. A very poor experience with 411 Tech Solutions.
