These guys were awesome! Came to my apartment with samples, had my carpet installed the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them.

I am Alex «the great» Burlak and I am a business owner. 212carpet has inspired me to write my first Unilocal review. Let’s start with some basic qualities a business should have: professionalism, knowledgeable staff, GOOD COMMUNICATION & product. 212carpet has product; well samples of product. I know they have samples of carpets because a representative was more than willing to come by for a showing. My trust in the company quickly materialized and I paid a down payment with a scheduled carpet installation 1 week later. Installation day arrives a week later and no one arrives at the promised time. That’s fine; delays occur all the time. An hour passes and no-​call-​no-​show so I call the company. I speak to the receptionist. Receptionist takes my phone number ensuring a call-​back from the installers. 1 hour later with no call, I call back. I speak to the same receptionist. She says «the installers are just busy. they’ll call you back as soon as they finish their job.» :THAT JOB WAS MY JOB: So she ensures they will call me back this time but refuses to hand out any other phone numbers. This happens again 2 more times over the span of 4 hours. I call back the 4^th time and ask for a refund. The receptionist does not handle refunds but ensures a refund will be made. 1 week later, no refund was ever made so I involved my bank. 1 week after that, I receive my first phone call from the company: «im sorry about what happened, we were busy, we tried to call, etc». That was yesterday and here I am today still no refund. Whether this company is a scam or not, I do not know. What I do know is
successfully installed a model of HOW NOT TO run a business.
