The BLVD at White Springs… No comment on the facilities, but the individuals I worked with pulled some shady stuff. I had found an apartment, made a verbal agreement, and provided a security deposit which they deposited. After cashing the security deposit they changed the terms of the deal. They smiled the whole time, while doing their best to squeeze more money out of me. Avoid at all cost, or at least don’t stop looking at other places until you’ve signed a contract: they cannot be trusted to keep their word. There’s a lot of other places to rent from in the area. Also, they push SureDeposit very hard, which is a completely unnecessary service if you’re able to foot a security deposit up front. Be warned!
