Under new management in 2015, a lot of changes to the maintenance and office staff. They’re looking to make positive changes with new move in’s and fully renovating some of the apartments to be absolutely gorgeous. Everyone there works so very hard to make their residents happy, it’s a pretty big property so wrangling some of the old management company’s left behind flaws has been a challenge, but I don’t doubt that this is the team for the job.
Hundreds and hundreds of happy residents for every one that isn’t. Most folks have positive things to say.
