I just picked up three chef coats from Straight Stitch. They saved me as I needed them embroidered in less than a week and they look great. The owner even remembered me by sight and remembers meeting my husband at a networking event. Good customer relations!

Our local pet grooming business has used Straight Stitch for all of our custom clothing needs/​wants over the past year and a half. Gary was able to take our custom designed fonts and logos and match them perfectly to create screen printed t-​shirts and hoodies in a variety of different colors and styles.
We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/​samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations.
We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. Straight Stitch has the highest quality product, in the quickest turnaround time, for completely reasonable prices. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

STAY AWAY!!! He was such a JERK! DON’T GO THERE!!! We brought in our own jackets for high school team to be embroidered. Went over everything with him He said no problem. We picked them up and he completely screwed up. MISSPELLED the name. We told him, he looked at his list– admitted that he misspelled it and said, oh, no prob– I will fix it. We brought jacket back and he say, no, too bad, nothing can be done. ANd what about the fact that you embroidered UNDER the hood, so we can’t even see the high school. He became hostile, started screaming, and then ripped up our check. These kids fund raised for 2 months, they were so excited, bought their own jackets, and now, have nothing to show for it. They are very disappointed. ANd there us nothing we can do about it. But then to have the guy yell and be so rude. Never take responsibility, leave the kids hanging, and not even care. That is a BAD BUSINESS. He does crap work, he does not care one bit. If you go there, expect lip service and possible useless clothes. The HS team is very sad. He doesn’t even care.
