As i am a Revolution season ticket holder, there are ten or so Saturday nights in the year where my wife rolls her eyes at me and i drive out to Foxboro and go yell at the soccer players with my dad. To complete the theme of behavior she disapproves of, i top it off with a late dinner via the drive-​thru. This is something of a varying McDonald’s. It varies from amazing (fast, cheerful, carefully assembled perfectly cooked McDoubles) to crap (glacial service, loose wrappers filled with somewhat adjacent, ketchup-​slathered cheezburger components). It’s a perfectly nice McDonald’s inside, and it suits my purposes, but sometimes i wonder if i’ll regret it.

This McDonalds is really nice.
Much better than the other Norwood location (Broadway), and about the same to the Norwood /​Westwood (also Route 1) location.
The interior is re-​done and for fast food– very clean and tidy. Plus the food actually looks fresh — something I cannot say for the Broadway location — anytime.

I’m not sure why I continue to visit this mcdonalds. Possibly because ya so close to my work. I have NEVER had a positive experience here. The staff is down right terrible the wait is forever. For such a well kept building you would assume they would care more about customer service. If you can avoid going to this location I recommend it!

It was a horrible experience this morning… Even for a McDonald…
I brought my daughter to breakfast, and ordered 2 meals… After waiting for over 10 min. (We were the only customer at the time)… I went to pick my order up, the person who took my order actually asked me what am I ordering? I had to tell her I ordered already…
Then it got worse… When I finally got my order, it was completely wrong… Then, they got 3 people trying to figure out what’s going on… It’s crazy how bad the situation was… This is McDonald, how can anything be that confusing???

This is the new style with two order stations. Why two? No idea at all. There is never a hold up at an order area. It always happens in the window area. I got to one of the stations and waited, and waited. Then I figured out one person was running both stations. Then it seemed like she had no idea what she did for a living. I asked for my food, she came back with a different answer. I asked again. Again the wrong order. At that point I decided to leave. As I drove by the pay window the guy says again the wrong order. I told him I had already decided to leave. This burned the only fifteen minutes I had for lunch that day.
