I’ve been in Norwood for about 5 months now. I’ve moved here from Rhode Island last summer for a job in Walpole. This location is very convenient for a quick bite during lunch hours! Like most chipotles, the lines can be long during rush Hours but it was well worth the wait. The serving sizes were good and the people were very happy and full of energy! I go at least 3 times a week for lunch and always get the carnitas bowl with a side of a burrito wrap. They always seem like they are out of fajitas but that’s ok. Overall very happy this place is here!

This location is where customer service goes to die. Do not bother going here on a weeknight past 8pm. The staff will throw you attitude, the soda dispenser will be in disarray and the trash bins will be full. They will also undoubtedly be out of something. I can understand this happening at other fast food establishments, but I expect a little more from Chipotle. They are seemingly always out of brown rice. The first time we went they were out of chicken. Last time, sofritas and guac. Tonight they were out of pico and forks? It seems that they start shutting down the kitchen after the dinner crowd. If that is the case, then don’t stay open until 10pm. Also to the kid who packed my to-go bag, thank you for putting my bowl in upside down. The front seat of my car needed a good marinade of sofritas juice. It is too bad, because we love Chipotle, but this location needs some work.

I have never seen a more pathetic display at people attempting to work. Not only were there problems with making a rather simple meal, I think they thought I was speaking another language other than English. 22 Minutes for my burrito to sit in something that was wet, could not figure out how to put salsa or cheese in it and then did not wrap it correctly. Steer clear and drive to the next one, this was a complete Chipotle FAIL!

chipotle is my weakness. I am obsessed. in saying this I will add that I hate this location — but it is closest to me so I deal with it. the line never takes less than a half hour. the last time I went there must have been a friend or an old employee because during dinner rush everyone that was supposed to be working the line was gathered near the register for a good 7 minutes chatting and laughing while the line to wait was at the door. the door that had a sign on it listing the 5 ingredients they were already out of at 6pm. their steak is usually fatty too. don’t bother asking for«a little» of something either, because they don’t listen and just give you the same amount of everything.

I was here this afternoon and witnessed a rude employee yelling at other employees behind the counter. The manner in which she was treating her colleagues was appalling.

This location is rough. I am usually here later in the night and there is always an issue. First time I went, they were out of the normal burrito bowls, so they were putting it all in the salad bowls, all well and good, until the plastic heats up and hurts your hands when trying to carry it. They were also out of the brown rice option, which I always choose. The next bad experience came when checking out. My boyfriend and I were paying together and I told the woman to ring in mine and the gentleman in the red shirt’s together(we had been separated in line, and i let her know what he got). She proceeded to ring in mine, the man who was standing next to me and also my boyfriends meal. When I saw the receipt after she swiped my card and saw all the items on it, I confronted her and ask her where this came from and she told me. When I asked her to fix the issue and refund me the meal that did not belong to me/my boyfriend, she rolled her eyes at me, sighed and said«Yeah I guess, okay». So then the man who was included in my order by accident said, «Instead of us inconveniencing you to fix your mistake, I will give the woman cash for mine». I was totally fine with this and me and the man fixed it ourselves. I could no believe how rude this girl was when I asked her to fix her mistake. Then the third time I went to this location, sealed the deal on not going back for a very long time. It was around 8:30pm and the line was TOTHEDOOR. The workers behind the counter were moving so slowly and the workers seemed to be going at a snails pace. Took my boyfriend and myself 15 minutes to get to the ordering line, and to get through the ordering line was a trip in itself. The MASSIVE amount of guac that the woman put onto my boyfriends bowl was insane, he just asked for a normal amount and she put on a HEAPING spoonful… it was to the point of outrageous. This place needs some serious help.

Dont know how a chipotle with 8 people working can be so slow. Come on kids, get your shit together. 1 order shouldn’t take 15 minutes. Waiting in line included.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have been other Chipotle restaurants in the area and this is by far the worst. The food itself isn’t the issue here … it’s the staff. I have tried this place several times at various times of the day and there always seems to be a line to the door and no sense of urgency on the part of the staff. The restaurant is always filthy; overflowing trash barrels, food splattered on the counter window and sticky floors. To make it even more unappealing, I have never once been in here when they have a full selection of ingredients. Today’s experience by far takes the cake: It took me 50 minutes to even make it to the counter. When it was finally my turn to place my order I was informed that they were out of steak, out of chicken, out of veggies, out of corn salsa and out of chips. After waiting 50 minutes in line, I had to wait an additional 10 for them to cook the chicken(there was no way in hell I was going to leave… at that point I was NOT going to let that restaurant beat me). When I FINALLY got my burrito bowl there was no apology for the wait or lack of selection. The girl behind the counter literally dropped my order into a bag and shoved it across the counter without so much as a «have a nice day». The next time I’m craving Chipotle, I’ll save myself the time and frustration and go to the one in Braintree. I recommend you do the same.

Ordered online to avoid their terribly slow lunch line and selected the 11:45 pick up time. When I arrived at 11:50, the manager rudely said I was a half hour early. I told them I chose the 11:45 option, so she looked at the receipt and just said«Oh, I’ll make it»(no apology). She threw it together quick, and of course, it was cold. Awful service. Awful food. Never going back.

This is an embarrassment of any restaurant. Chipotle corporate needs to see this dump. I have been to Chipotle dozens of times at the Chipotle Woburn. And Chipotle in general is excellent and well worth the money. However this place had nearly every bin of food empty.(How this could be when the place was empty at 11:30 am was baffling) But those that were not. Looked as unappetizing as possible. And to no surprise the food tasted like a bad Taco Bell. I have been here 3 times and every time it is disappointing. This time takes the cake. I will not be back to this one. Keep your distance.

Food is excellent but every chipotle never seems like they have enough people working behind the counter. Workers are either standing around looking at the ceiling or talking to each other. While the line goes out the front door. No sense of urgency, very lazy like compared to other fast food restaurants. Not a very efficient food ordering system. If the food wasn’t so good I’d walk away immediately but maybe they know that.

I work right by here so I(used to) come often for lunch. This place is a nightmare. Check out the Unilocal ratings for this location. Prior to 2014 almost all reviews were very positive… from 2014-present they are overwhelmingly bad, with all the same complaints(dirty, poor service, etc). This is 100 percent accurate. There seemed to be a major employee/management turnover the past 12 months. Before the food was excellent and consistent, the staff friendly and accommodating. This has now changed. The past five times I’ve ordered(yes, five), there was at least one thing wrong with each order, from lack of toppings, wrong meat(I order online to pickup so I don’t find out about this until I’m back at my desk) and three of the five times the side of guac has been brown. The restaurant has become filthy– trash bins over flowing, straws in the soda fountain. and they are VERY shorthanded. It amazes me despite the outpouring of terrible reviews that the management has not taken the time to address and fix the issues. Cleanliness at a food establishment should be a PRIORITY, not an option.

This used to be a five star Chipotle but the last 6 months the quality and service are really inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, friendly fast and they have everything. But often the line is out the door and the staff seems totally disinterested. A few weeks ago we came at 615 on a Sunday and they were closed. Last week we came in and they had no white rice and we had to wait for steak because nobody had made any to reload the bar. tonight no black beans and no carnitas. It’s too bad this used to be one of our favorite fast food places and there’s no other Chipotle nearby… bad for Chipotle good for Subway I guess.

1 star because, I can’t give zero. There are hairs on the counter. No one on the register to charge. Garbage bins are full and over flowing. Filth all over the floor. A guy is yelling, ‘there is no cheese in the building’; because apparently it is not his job to shred cheese. So no customer is getting cheese…

I am thoroughly disappointed. From the time I entered the store, it took 45 minutes to get my meal. The staff was clueless. There was no manager to guide them. One of the line cooks actually dipped a cup into the chicken and ate it. Another employee made his own dinner while 35+ people waited in line. When I got home, I opened our burrito bowls to find meager portions and brown guacamole. Seriously… after all that??? I didn’t complain or make a big deal about it, but there’s no way I’m going back.

Stopped by just after opening to snag a steak burrito for lunch, avoiding the massive lunch line. I hope it was new help at the counter. Several staff were talking sports to each other while I was ordering, not listening or giving true attention to my order. Then, the guy«helping» me goes to repeat my requests but talked lightening fast and got something wrong. As I try to correct him, he just kept repeating back to me to incorrect order, talking above me, FOURTIMES! I held up my hand, asked him to stop, and please listen. He got all mouthy with me, stating«lady, I heard your order, I just repeated it back to you five times.» To which I say«that’s the point. You didn’t get it right and you wouldn’t let me correct you. You were talking above me. You need to pause and listen.» Big fat roll of the eyes from him but he stopped talking. I was polite, thanking him. There was no manager around to hear any of this. I still tipped but they seriously need to work on their customer service skills there. Really rude and unprofessional. Otherwise, the food is good.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve been too, super long line and it seems like the workers are clueless and the place is badly managed. Asked for a little bit of rice as I was getting double meat. kid didn’t listen and added a heaping pile which gave the wrapping guy problems. it had to be rewrapped 3 times and then finally double wrapped which made everything mixed and tasted like shit… on top of that no one knew what consisted of a kids taco meal. who trains these people??? Not to mention every table was filthy so there was nowhere to sit. Great job. Never going to that location again.

First trip there the people making the burrito had no clue how to make a burrito. One bite all sour cream, next bite all cheese, next bite all beans, next bite all rice, next bite all meat. Not how a burrito is supposed to work. The rice was undercooked. Almost raw it was so hard. The establishment was disgusting. The condiment station was completely filthy, and all the hot sauce bottles were encrusted with nastiness. Trash was overflowing. Tables were covered in food. All this seemed off to me, because at no time was there not at least one employee standing around doing nothing, or shooting the shit with a friend. Next trip there they had run out of the beans I wanted, the meat I wanted, and guacamole. Seriously? The people cooking are two feet behind the people building and you can’t convey what you need before you run out of it? Jeeze. At least the burrito was built right this time. Seemed like everyone that had worked there before was gone and replaced by a completely different staff. The rice was still hard. Third trip went fine. Took my mother in law. They refused to give me two beers though. Since the line is always long, and I wasn’t driving I finally got the manager to allow me two beers as long as I promised to drink them before I left, and they both had to be opened immediately. I was fine with that. Last trip my meat was cold, as were the beans, and rice. The sour cream looked like liquid, and acted like it too leaking all over my pants. Again with the hard rice. Guys. It’s extremely hard to OVERCOOK rice, so seriously stop UNDERCOOKING it. Again, I sat and waited to order as employees stopped the line to chat with what I assume were other people who worked in the plaza. When I walked in there were three people ahead of me. By the time I started ordering the line was out the door, at 4pm. That’s pretty unacceptable. Henry Ford didn’t invent the assembly line because it would slow production to a crawl so clearly you people are doing something wrong. I will be doing my best not to return. My wife loves burritos, but there is another place called Roxanne’s in Canton that blows this location out of the water. Hell, Quedoba blows this location out of the water and they are five minutes away in Foxboro on the same street, and from what I hear owned by McD’s. All that said and done if any corporate anybody is reading this from Chipotle I have to say this… screw you for taking bacon out of your beans to pander to what is actually one of the smallest groups of americans possible. Yay vegans get what they want! And now your brown beans suck. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because that one guy gave me two beers.
