McDonald’s

Average McDonalds food here. The fries are usually over salted and taste almost stale. Other than that, you get what you expect.
The cleanliness of the dining area is why I usually choose to eat in my truck or back at home. The tables are dirty and the floors are sticky.
The drive thru staff are just awful. The counter staff are nicer.

Just tried the lobster roll.,.it was amazing, better than some restaurant lobster rolls I’ve had. And the presentation of the food was great. I’ve never had a problem with this McDonald’s. Service is quick and my order is always right.

Apparently I go to McDanks more than I thought… but this is just another run-​of-​the-​mill McDonalds; delicious french fries and mildly disgruntled workers.

If You ask for Soft Cream It will Come with Diff taste, If you asked or a McFlurry, it wont Come Mixed With the Oreo or whatever they Only Dump it On the Top and they Till The Machine is Broken !!! Are you serious I’ve broken for last 3 Month.

I went here with my kids because of the play place i like to have them run around till there tired. the food was great i got the bacon cheeseburger club, my kids happy meal and my girlfriend got the chicken wraps. The food was great fries were fresh the nuggets were crispy.
It was a great dinner as i took the kids to the play place it was hot. The kids were sweating like they ran the marathon. 10 minutes being in that room i burned off that delicious burger. It felt like the sauna room at the gym just no creepy old men. The restrooms were on the other side of the play place and it did not help with the rooms smell.

The worst place for fast food. Customer service is absolutely disgrace. Cashier does not know to ask if u have another coin ie. Penny, nickel, dime or quarter. Total is $ 5.35. Ok I gave her $ 5.34… can u ask for another penny? No she gave me more coins back. Dont know how to count. I saw a staff trying to dispense ice cream onto a cone n later empty the ice cream back into the machine. 2^nd try the manager said u cant do that then he toss it away… Ew… never go back…

I really like this McDonalds.
They have laptops if you forgot yours.
They have a Kids Playplace.
They are located super conveniently, 5 minutes from either Dedham or Westwood.
They move the drive-​thru quicker than any other McDonalds location.
Plus, they always REMEMBER to give me my receipt, so I don’t forget to ask.
Definitely one of the best local McDonald’s locations.

A had to give a star but really nothing good about this place! Service is bad, simple coffee can’t be made right, breakfast consist of 2 employees working to serve the customers and 6 sweeping the whole town!

Its a McDonalds but I do like how they have a double drive through.
Makes the in and out faster and easier.
Mango Pineapple drinks are good and made with fresh fruit.

McD’s is McD’s, but free wifi and great secure playplace for 7 yr olds and under

My walk-​in experience wasn’t bad, the place has free WiFi and computers, with flat screen TVs. My late night drive-​thru experience was the complete opposite. The order taker was extremely rude and would mumble his responses. When I ordered a value meal, he gave me a negative response. When I ordered something off the dollar menu, he gave me another negative reply. When I asked him if it was only breakfast items and if not, what they could serve, more incoherent noises came out. I asked him to repeat what he said, but he kept making noises with his mouth and sighing like he couldn’t be bothered — when I was the only customer there. It ended with him shouting explicit words over the intercom. Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, will never go there again.

like previous poster, i’m not on Unilocal to review places like mcdonald’s, but any fast food place that has free wifi, multiple plasma TVs each on a different channel, a massive movie screen playing the little mermaid for the kids, and a play place in an enclosed (sound-​proof?) glass area deserves a shout-​out on here.

I debated for a while whether to write my own review here. I mean how many people don’t know what a McDonald’s is like? But as has been said — this place is different.
For starters, the joint is huge. There is indeed free WiFi, which a number of restaurants — including other McDonald’s — charge for. But to take it a step further, this one actually provides you with a computer if you forgot your own.
If you’re not into the computer scene, kick back and watch the relatively large-​sized flat-​screen television, or drop the kids into the mongo-​sized playroom. Or just feast in the gigantic dining area.
While it doesn’t seem large from the outside, the inside just seems to have undergone some sort of bizarre architectural renovation to provide so much room. It’s really pretty impressive.

I’m not a fast food guy. I’m not here to rate and review McD’s. I think we all know what they have to offer. From the Big Mac to the fries that’ll clog your arteries for a 5 min joy. OK… I’m getting hungry thinking of the fries. Moving on…
I’m giving them a fabu FOUR stars b/​c they provide FREE WiFi along with 3 computers if you do not have your own. No fast food joint deserves a 5 star PERIOD. IMHO of course. It’s easy to connect and easy enough to jump on their computers.
I’ve been able to stop by Starbuck’s in Norwood and just sit my ass while surfing and doing some work. It’s a great place to kill time waiting for traffic to die down or anything else.
They are conveniently located on the corner of Rte 1 and University Ave in Westwood. There’s a Mercedes dealership behind them, a Chrysler in front and an Audi diagonally on the other side.
Did I mention the FREE WiFi?
