Juliano’s Pizza Restaurant

We loved this place! Ordered from there at least once per week! Then one day, my order was delivered, and they had not only forgotten a small pepperoni pizza, extra dressing, they ignored specific requests for no onions etc. When I called back, I was told that someone would bring my pizza (and it would be free) right out. 45 minutes later, we called back and were told there would be no pizza because we didn’t order it! So not only was I charged for this pizza I was told was going to be «free» but then they didn’t even deliver it because they insisted I didn’t order it and wasn’t charged for it. We asked to speak to a manager, and were instead connected to a cook who told us the girl at the counter had no authority to offer a free pizza. When asked if he was the manager, he said no and hung up on us! They have lost very loyal customers, and we have told EVERYONE how horribly we were treated!

Really good pizza. Owned by a chinese family but cook is a local known pizza cook and food is top notch. Macaroni & cheese pizza with or without bacon is AMAZING.
