I was actually starting to feel like I was not gonna get help was feeling disappointed but took a seat with a manager and we had team work and got my service left the store happy totally recommend this place

I originally came in to lower my bill. I worked with store manager Jose and he was extremely helpful. I ended up saving $ 60-$ 70 a month and purchased my new iPhone 6s! On top of it all I switched to Verizon Fios and now I can watch Unilocal videos without buffering lol

They do not even deserve one star! The guy that is in the store right now 2÷10÷15 at 7:15PM literally is on the phone with his girlfriend and would not call her back he just goes«honey hang on a second». Then he tells me to go to apple and demand a new iPhone. And I told him it was a SIM card issue. He then tells me he is going to charge $ 25 to replace it. I ask why and he states they are not a corporate store. Now I understand why this place is always an empty parking lot with no customers inside. Verizon should reconsider letting this location use their name. I bet this location doesn’t last another month. Hey, here’s a tip: get off your personal cell phone and actually do your job.

They refused to help my wife. Bought cable and did not work. My wife could make it back in 14 days. With me being in and out of the hospital she could not make it back. No compassion. Profit. But will not go back. This was their new store in Azusa. At citrus crossings. And there other stote refused to help too.

i’ve been here twice and i believe it was the same guy that«helped» me. it was just terrible. the first time i get it, i needed to pay cash for my prepaid account and i didn’t have it. but both times he was unfriendly, uninviting, and it felt like he didn’t want to be there and made me feel like i didn’t want to be there. it also seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. worst customer service! you get better customer service when you call the 800 number. don’t waste your time going there.
