Ehhh, food is just ehh. Hamburger, fries, boba. Nothing special. Servers are friendly but there really isn’t anything that makes it stand out.

i am re-writing this review to be fair to the business. 1) the food was so bland, it couldn’t be terrible, it couldn’t be good 2) there was NOSMELL in the place, like they were not even serving/cooking food 3) the pictures in the window look great 4) the food on the plate was perfectly clean and simple 5) the burger patty was so thin and small, it was like a piece of paper 6) the burger patty was cooked so over-done it was like a piece of paper 7) the avocados were nice and green, with no flavor, like they had been in a fridge for 9 months 8) the taro drink was soooo sweet and artificial tasting, it was un-drinkable 9) the floors and tables were clean like a hospital 10) 30 minutes after i ate there, everything came out. thankfully i live near-by. no reason to take a cleanse for a week after. again. I would NOT recommend anyone eating here.

I came here for a Zeela and Lily eating adventure. Zeela mentioned it and so we thought, a Korean burger fusion sounds interesting enough! Looks like it’s right on the corner of 166th and pioneer. Where the old bowling alley diner use to be. The place small but clean. It was pretty empty, actually completely empty, with a Korean lady at the register and a man watching something on the iPad. We quickly learned that the menu wasn’t much of a fusion at all. We ordered the ultimate monkey burger and monkey fries to split. I was very disappointed with burger… for something that starts with ultimate, it was a huge let down: It was more of a sandwich with 2 very thin burger patties. Pretty bad. The fries were okay… nothing special, the bulgogi was sweet the pastrami was salty, so it made for a good combo. I love new little mom and pop shops that open up. But it’s a tough business and I’m giving this place a few more months before it’s gone… because the food is not the best.

Driving by saw the name & it sold me. Walked in and was impressed with the décor. Asian café/modern hip feel. Ordered a bulgolgi dog and chicken nugs for the kids. They serve boba but didn’t have avocado wth? My dog was good & different. Local was kind of ghetto but that’s where the good food is. Prices were fair. Overall aahh ok!

I was craving a burger so I came here. I got the boba milk tea and a hamburger with fries. Although the burger was filling, it was average. It tasted like any regular burger would taste. So did the milk tea. It was average at best. To be fair the family who helped me was very nice and the order came quickly. But I need more wow factor to keep me coming back.

I got the Bulgogi Burrito & Thai Tea with boba. The Bulgogi burrito was satisfying; it can be better than food truck versions. It had enough meat to be eaten at the last bite. The sauce it had was unique, kind of a dry burrito, but still good enough. The Thai tea, however, was unique in a way that it does not taste like your usual Thai tea. This one was more creamy and sweeter. If you do have that sweet tongue, go try it. But you will be somewhat disappointed as it isn’t your usual Thai tea.

This place makes me sad. While I want this business to succeed I don’t see how it can last more than six months. I came here twice and both times the place was completely empty. I drive past this place on a daily basis and I never see anyone inside other than the owner and staff. The main problem is this place tries to serve too many variety without excelling at any one of them. The concept of serving burgers and boba drinks sounds interesting enough but they are extremely average, almost to the point of being boring. There aren’t that many flavors for drinks and burgers are very plain. For a place that’s located in a shopping center full of Korean businesses I thought the burgers would be Asian fusion. These are just typical burgers with lettuce and tomatoes. You are better off going to Carl’s Jr or In N Out. They also serve sandwiches, wraps, burritos, tacos, hot dogs, salads, and breakfast items but choices are limited and they are all very typical. Don’t even bother with the breakfast burrito. It’s stuffed mostly with hash browns and has very little sausage or bacon. The only saving grace for this place is their Korean fusion tacos — spicy pork and bulgogi. They’re not as good as Kogi truck tacos but at least they have the right idea. I wish they would incorporate the same idea in their burgers. I really think this place should just scrap all other items from the menu and just focus on making unique burgers and serving more flavors of boba drinks. After all, they advertise themselves as a burger and boba café. The way they are going now, it just looks like a typical diner.

So I got a bulgogi taco. It was pretty good. Two tortilla filled with bulguogi, and diced cabbage and tomato that they use for their hamburgers. I would totally get it here instead of at a food truck. I was here at noon. This plaza is dead. There was only me and one other customer in the entire plaza. Where is everybody?
