I had a great experience first time. Loved my nails! Going back today. Very clean and neat shop.

I really liked this place. It was clean, great prices and awesome chairs for spa pedicure but I went by there today and they are gone!!! :(closed down.

I loved this place! they CLOSE DOWN on me. Does anybody knows where they move to. I have not gone to a place that can beat DIAMOND NAILS & SPA IN THE CITY OF NORWALK CA

From reading the previous reviews, I almost skipped out from coming to this place. However since this is very close to the place I was staying, I decided to get it a try anyways. Looking from the outside, this place looks very small, but it’s actually quite big. Lots of parking space. They seated me right away when I came in. Got a full set with gel and a pedicure. Their massage chair is very comfortable. The lady that did my pedicure was friendly. She did a good job on my nails. For my manicure, I like how they don’t file your nails to deep. Other places I’d been to, the lady would file my natural nails to like paper thin… Really bad for your real nails. It came out to be really nice. They also hooked it up with the gel color. Decent price and good service. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.

What a nightmare!!!
I use to go there years ago and they always did a good job. Once they messed up my nails once I never went back. Today I had no choice but to go there because I was on hurry. Worst mistake ever! They did a horrible job :/​but that’s not all! The owners were so RUDE! They were upset because I told them I didn’t like the ways they did my gel manicure. (No lie! The nail polish was all bubbled up) why would I like it? Once I try to explain the design I wanted one of the owners screamed at me telling me she knew! (Uhm obviously Not because it looks nothing like what I wanted!) anyways I was so upset, I didn’t even want to to argue! LAST time I ever go there again! i will definitely be sticking to lotus nail spa :)

This place may not be a beautiful or luxurious place but the work they do here is the BEST! I moved to Brea and tried many places out in the OC, everyone I tried was over priced and didn’t do a very good job. My husband and I decided to keep coming here insted of trying other places and waisting our time and money. Yes some gals here might be a little rude but they try to be nice at times lol. If your looking for a good mani & pedi at a good price this is the place. I come for the work they do not for the smiles.

The place looks a little run down. Took my 10 year old daughter for pedicures. My lady was kinda antisocial. No smiling, not nice, just gestured when to put my feet up & down. Nice massage though. During my pedi a lady (from laundromat next door) came in through an open back door to use the restroom, and my lady yelled at her berating her. Very mean. However, thankfully my daughter’s lady was very nice, and gentle with her. Also got my eyebrows waxed, (by the nice lady), and she did a good job, but the bed I had to lay on looked dirty, and it was next to a washer & dryer! =\ I won’t be going back there. I just really needed a pedi!

I need to stick to my regular nail salon…(just did a review on another one after cheating on this one). For some reason i like this place. I don’t get my nails done so i can’t review their quality of nail work. But i love the pedicure service. Their massage chairs are THE BEST! i usually can fall asleep getting my feet done here after a long day at work. I don’t have a regular pedicurist, i usually take whoever wants to do it. They are all pretty good… except the man. He was a little rough with my feet one time with the pumice stone and actually scratched my arches up pretty bad. Anyways, the ladies are pretty good and give good leg/​feet massages. i usually only pay $ 12 or $ 13 for my pedicure (i can’t remember right now how much) exactly. There is always parking and never busy… i’ve never had to wait for services.
