This is my first time writing something terrible on a review but I don’t feel bad at all. The service was TERRIBLE. The guy who did my full set seems like he’s a beginner. He doesn’t know how to file or put the powder! And the lady who did my pedicure cut my nails too short that it was burning when she put acetone. She never told me the prices and just kept asking me if I wanted this and that and she never mentioned it was extra charge I ended up paying $ 40 for such terrible nails and pedicure. Never coming here again!!! First and last time!!!

Nice people who did an okay job on two gel manicures and two pedicures. Except, they sat the both of us at the same time and one of us had to wait for the other to finish. This means, one person was helped first and then had to wait for the other one to finish. I waited almost 90 minutes to get anyone to work on me while my mom was getting her manicure and pedicure. You’re essentially trapped because you have to wait for the other person. Not fun.

My first time here and don’t plan to go back. The girl who did my nails was pretty bad. She cut both of my pinkie fingers and my thumb. She didn’t file them how I asked and I had to keep having her file them. I really regret coming here cause I know was not pleased at all with the work she did.

I have visited this shop but shop #2 in the Paddison shopping center sucks, Upon arrival I specifically told the woman I was diabetic, she over scrubbed the bottom right heel, I left the shop to visit another store in pain & bleeding, I had an event to go to the next day, in pain, It’s a week later & my nails still hurt. I will NEVER ever step foot in your cruddy shop, Tom did an awful job on my full set. Over priced for a horrible job on my full set. IF you wanna over charge @ least do a PROFESSIONAL job, your owners a greedy crook. GET out of Norwalk please. Keep speaking your language. So rude. Yeah laugh, your not DIABETIC, I could seriously get infected & die ! Angry customer.

Came for the first time on a Sunday for a gel mani /​pedi, and eyebrow wax. The shop was clean, and chairs were comfy. The man did a great job and my nails looked perfect! The lady who did my brows did a great job also, will definitely come back :)

I went in one evening to get a regular mani pedi. I didn’t ask for the prices.
There was no one there.
While getting my service done there was some weird english music. The man that was doing my pedicure was singing like it was his birthday. Anyways i just wanted to relax not hear someone sing.
Everything looks clean but because everything is new like many other new places the start new and become super dirty.
Anyways in the end
The price for everything as $ 45.00!
I would understand if it was gel or even calluses remover.
I wil never be back because the sining is horrible and they ripped me off
Don’t come here unless you like horrible service.

I came into this place in the late evening and it was two people working and I went in asking for a gel manicure and they told me to sit and the lady that was doing my nails started making faces and look like she didn’t want to do my service and i bought my son with me and I felt like they were judging me and one point everyone came over to me and was looking at what she was doing and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable inside the salon and after she did my nails about to apply the color I told her wasn’t I suppose to pick the colors? And she started yelling telling me didn’t you say French tip? I said no I wanted color gel and I honestly didn’t like that and plus they have this attitude with everyone that comes in and they are located on a busy street and right next to walmart wouldn’t you think they be a little more nice but nope

since i moved to norwalk it has be hard to find a nail salon that i like. but im glad i came to Citi Nails & Spa. they are wonderful and very friendly. i been goin there for a few months now and i havent had a problem. my nails are just gorgeous everytime i get them done! truely a great place to come get your nails done and its relaxing!

I came in here tonight with my daughter she wanted just a color and I wanted my acrylics removed to get a gel Mani. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE! There was one man who didn’t say much at all but to sit and was I’m guessing trying to call in his coworkers because he kept looking across the street at Rally’s. I waited for ten minutes. He could have soaked my nails at least. I thought it was very rude of him to have us sitting around without any explanation. I did ask how much for my 6 year old to get polish on hands and feet. 15 $ he said! Are you kidding? I left and ended up getting my gel manicure for that price. I’m disappointed :(its such a clean salon and based on other reviews it looks like they do great work when the manicurist is actually there.

My place to go for eyelashes and nails:) they did my eyelashes about $ 20 for short flair. I got the deluxe mani and pedi for $ 32 plus $ 5 for design. Decent price and friendly staff, I’m a very satisfy customer:) make appointment for eyelashes
