I went in with my boyfriend and instantly felt like I needed to hurry up and order. there’s a lot of flavors obviously so we wanted to look at which one we wanted. i knew for sure I wanted an ice cream cone but could pick from all the choices! so anyway, we both wanted to try one ice cream each, that was it. but the girl (I didn’t catch her name) made it seem like we weren’t allowed to have samples like she straight up hated her job and everybody who came in wanting ice cream. we ordered what we wanted quickly after that and nobody said thank you, nobody said have a good night, nobody smiled at us… the staff was rude. like it’s not my fault they work there, they knew they had to be nice to customers so i don’t know why they treat them so badly. I didn’t do anything wrong but I felt like I did.

I always come to this location because the service is alway great but today the lady that rang us up Ali Raza was so rude and cut other people in front of us. She did not smile nor even really make eye contact she was basically like give me my money and leave! I will not be returning. This lady isn’t in the right mind set for customer service. So disappointing.

I love their ice cream but the few times I’ve walked in here I always hesitate to stay and eat cause it’s always so dirty. The floors are always disgusting smeared with ice cream. Came in for Valentines you would think they would clean up a bit but they didn’t. If anything there was a foul smell. This place is never all that busy for them not to have this place spotless. And the music is bad they should play something more neutral.

Nice Baskin Robbins location, didn’t have a problem at all. Walked in and was greeted by a young lady behind the counter. She was friendly and patient as I made my choice of flavor of ice cream. The place was clean and organized too! Will be back next time around.

Came in at 9 pm. Place was clean and people were friendly. What more do you need at an ice cream shop. The shop got a late night rush while we were there, the 2 young ladies kept smiling and giving samples as they filled everyone’s order. we found our late night sweet spot.

F$&@ that nigga hez! If that’s his real name! !! Went in at 8pm and they close at 9pm. This guy was closing down the store already. We asked for mint n chip and he said he didn’t wanna open another one in the back. On top of that instead of helping the customers he has his headphones in his ears. I almost slipped and fell while he was mopping too. Really? What’s the requirements now a days to work? No standards! Haha
